What actually has been updated within the software? What was changed? I see a lot of issues which to a certain point I would expect but this seems excessive. Probably would’ve been better to shut down until the site was operational. Hoping the RNG is more realistic when it comes to getting it in as a 95% favorite. I’m sick of variance. LoL all joking aside I hope things are back to normal soon.

ACR Rep, I see Sit N Goes not in the list of whats being worked on, and was also said before that they were back up. Is it just me or are there actually no SnGs on the site atm. The SnG tab lists just OnDemand tournaments, which are in fact not Sit n Goes... These OnDemand's aren't listed on the Tourney tab either...

I know take's time, but it was said they were up, but whats on the tab isn't actually sit n goes.

Live Support first told me "It will take 1-2 hours to process Today's + Friday's Pending refunds for cancelled tournaments, However after 2 hours They told me it will be within today" I hope that they mean "within today" and it does not extend to be "within month" IMO, All refunds should be #1 priority before you open any other tournament for registration!

Tournament selection is almost zilch with the latest update. No freerolls at all outside of the Venom. Hardly any tournaments outside of a few "on demand" buy-ins.

Been watching the updates for over a week now, and the result is a completely un-playable site. I would fire all of your developers.

I have been playing online for years and have never seen this on any site I have played. Shut down or unable to play. Pokerstars, Full Tilt, Party Poker, Ultimate Bet, Betonline, Bovada none have had this problem. Anyone know why it is specific to ACR?

Tournament is Stuck on "Break will start" Screen for more than 20 minutes for now !!!!

Refund for Stuck tournament Received with the help of live support!
50$ was credited for the 3$ buy-in tournament according to running tournaments cancellation Terms.

I am still having the same issue. clear ACR from my pc and re-download it from ACR site. it updates for 10 min and then gives me the same error message.

Finally!

It took over 30 hours, but ACR made good on my 15$+1.50 refund. I had to bug chat reps 5 separate times, but the funds are now back in my account. Now I only wish the site was working well enough for me to confidently put more of my cash in play. Time will tell. Gl all!

Cash games running fine. Every other section of the client is completely blank. I was hoping to wake up today and see an improvement, but nothing.

How long do bitcoin withdraws normally take on ACR and are they delayed at the moment? Never made a withdrawal before and know banks take longer. Went on in two hours but now it has been about 16 hours since withdrawing. Really uncomfortable about using Bitcoin.

I contacted support a couple of times as suggested about having all the card options removed but they have not replied on this issue Do not want to play any money tournaments until the bugs are ironed out.



Played in one a few hours last night that got cancelled, fortunately a freeroll but could not see any updates on Twitter.

Still noticed the NLH micro cash games 6 max short ($1 max buy) 2NL games are not available after update. Your previous post said these were coming back, can you confirm?

At least 2 of the free rolls I was running well in were suspended and became inaccessible, complete waste of time and was on track to make the money. When will the games be stable again?

It normally takes between 24-72 hours. Could take less than that depending on the volume.
