Endless Rakeback saga at FTP...and other sites'.

Wow - never heard anyone say that before lol. They are not only slow as turtles - there are times they never respond at all.

I just dont get it.

Right now the FT client crashes on my machine.

I have contacted FT support.

I have had 3 replies today alone.

The usually get back to me in under 2 hrs

The only times if emailed them they took like 3-4days to get back at me.

No affiliate here.

I signed up for FTP to play play money years ago before there were really even any affiliates. Plus RBP sends me the "We will get back to you if we deem you more than insignificant" boilerplate instead of the "We can't help you because you are affiliated" one.

I am with Stu, however I do not email them often, but every time I have I get a response within a couple hours.

Just get on rakebackpros list and stop hassling them, it will come.

Just think of it this way, a screen with 2 lists those that hassle and those that don't, you have 50 rakeback slots to allocate, which list are you looking at?

When I asked for rakeback first of January, they responded same day, RBP contacted me the next day, and I had RB the day after that (or thereabouts, within the week at most). Might as well transfer your rolls over to FTP as soon as possible since I am going to be flipping the switch at every site you play at, not that you really even need MY help to lose.
