Is there any contact with this poker room? Does support work there? Deposits work lightning fast, but how is the payout? How is the account verification? I have sent them a dozen e-mails about these matters, no replies.

No pokersite is going to answer you when you bombard them with emails. What sane human being is sending "a dozen e-mails with 3 different matters"?

Just send them 1 good written email in appropriate english just like any normal person would and wait for the response at least 1-2 weeks.

Yeah ok that seems a bit odd. I remember when i played there, before they closed the first time, there was a support guy named "barry" who also was very short in his answers (when he even answered). When the question was a bit more than very basic he would never answer.

The software is pretty decent. So there are a lot of freerolls? The cashout of your winnings is almost a miracle. You make a deposit, turn it over, send the required documents and your account will be unverified all the time. Without a verified account, you will not withdraw any money. I've been waiting for my account to be verified for almost two months. No contact.

The site is small but seems legit. The rakeback is 27% + the 1st deposit bonus. Games are soft but very small number of tables. It needs to grow, I hope it grows since I like the client that doesn't allow HUDs.

You are lucky buddy. I've been playing there for almost 9 months. I paid the money, sent the required documents for verification and silence. My account is still not verified and no answer to why this is so. I sent them several e-mails on this matter. No response. No verified account, no money I won, I can not withdraw. I got several tournament tickets for my deposit. So if they are inactive, they cannot be used. They are valid until the end of the year and most of them have now disappeared from me. account. Of course, no info as to why these tickets disappeared.

I would like to share with you guys my experience with Highstakes poker room. At first i have to say that i didn´t have bad experience until today. The fast KYC approval and verification process, fast successful withdrawal of money (2 times -1000 and 500 dollars) from account via Skrill within a few hours (yeah this rule about earning of 50 dollars of rake is a lot) but okej they have their own rules but my today´s experience is ridiculous and i've never encountered anything like this in my life since i started to play online poker. I log in to my account and wanted to play some cash game with limits 0.5/1 at the table happy hours powered by luxon low 1, there was only one player with buy in 100 dollars i try to buy in to the table but several times i receive error message -external money service reply timeout and and suddenly second error message insufficient funds (in screenshot is also clerly visible that i have funds 611.21 dollars in my account) okej anyway i though there is some bug or something, i contacted customer service via e-mail a they told me that it is my problem with connection not a problem with software. Okej shit happens i can wait few minutes i try to also uninstall and install again the software in PC and than the best part, my whole balance 611.21 dollars disappear from the account without a playing single hand in that table!!! When i check history transaction in account there is 611.21 loss in poker. I swear to God i didn´t play a single hand in this table because i can not buy in to this table. Of course i contacted support again but customer representative wrote my only sorry for this issue our technical support check it and later please be patient, there is no much I can do about this issue. Never saw it happening before. It will take some time to find out what exactly happened there. Since this reply they stop communicate with me. You can check all screenshots in attachments of this message also with communication between me and customer representative, this is totally ridiculous situation only last week i ear more than 450 dollars in rake and they want steal my money from account this way? For sure i will inform you about progress but they will not rob me, if they not give me my money back to account i will contact Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS).

I would not be surprised if there is some sort of scam operation going on there, the owners are not trust worthy.

Okej crap happens I can wait a few minutes I also try to uninstall and install the software again on the PC and for the best part, my entire balance of 611.21 dollars disappears from the account without playing a single hand at that table!!! When I check the account's trade history, there is a loss of 611.21 in poker. I swear to God I haven't played a single hand at this table because I can't buy-in at this table. Of course I contacted support again, but the customer representative wrote my only apology for this issue, our technical support check and later be patient, there's not much I can do about this issue. I've never seen this happen before. It will take some time to find out what exactly happened there. Since this answer they stop communicating with me. Now I'm trying to verify — it took them a week before my fee bill was approved, but having issues with my ID not being recognized — they use a program, not a human for this part. The player has to authenticate the account which gives a big pain, so making the first deposit is easy, so when withdrawing you are required to have $50 rake which means that you will have to play $500 in tournaments, per day the Hightstaks room from 5:30 to 20:00 on a Thursday for example you would have to play all the PAID games to get a maximum of $8 of rake that is not worth the time or the money, imagine that I tried to get another 140 dollars so I have to play 500 dollars, so I would have to play all the paid games for days and win. In the end, I do wrong. Otherwise, you can play at Party Poker, 888, Netbet, America Cardroom, Poker Stars. They also have a lot of freerolls and the withdrawal policy is great. Ex: Party poker that I deposited the other day I already withdrew my winnings, which I won by playing with the bonuses.

Not really legit. Read some reports of people not able to withdraw/verify their Account. Their support is very bad and modtly not responding. Tables are way too big and there is no option to make them small.

Also they have very shady tactics to make you deposit, they promise you a certain amount of your bankroll as a present if you hold money there which is a complete joke when they make it so difficult to verify and withdraw. I can not imagine that such a site has good game security if they have any at all so collusion is maybe also a thing, who knows.

Not recommended untill they step up their game.
