I wonder if crypto is the way to go on this site ? I have not made a deposit yet due to the bad reviews. Normally crypto should be in your account within hours if they are serious

i have deposited crypto two times and made withdrawal in BTC and USDT a few times;
you need to read basic starting rules, before becoming another internet snowflake who cries about everything:
the last part refers to the latest poster who is too lazy to ask for advice from more experienced players and/or read the rules of the room!

Maybe someone who plays there regularly will tell you how it is with account verification, with payouts, etc.? I personally do not have a verified account for almost a year, even though I sent the required documents twice. For many months there was no info on their part why this is so ? Zero responses to my inquiries. Recently I received a laconic reply that I should send the required documents not via the HS website but by e-mail. I don't know what to think about it?

I think that this poker room has no future, it just can't stand the competition, like many similar sites. Very bad software and almost no traffic, I think its days are numbered.

I can't say about withdrawing or depositing, only about current state of play, I tried it briefly. I played through a browser, with low to medium connection speed (radio connection in moving vehicle) and probably some lag, which isn't noticable during web browsing or watching youtube. This site was constantly losing connection, making me sit out, game was impossible to conduct.
I saw many freerolls, around 40 players registered each. And they have crypto. I think if not connection I would try it harder, looks promising.

A complete SCAM. Don't bother playing on this site. First they say you need to rake $50 in order to withdraw then after you meet the $50 rake they tell you you need to rake 50% of what you are trying to withdraw which is impossible. You would have lost all your money by the time you achieve this.

Don't deposit any money into this site. You'll never get it back. A complete SCAM

This is the error message you'll get and when you try to contact support about it they say they can't help you.

Made 1k and just tried to make my first withdrawal with $90 rake and they would only let me take out $250.

"The reason was:
Enter withdrawal of <$250 due to rake / activity to withdrawal ratio"

Definitely a scammy site and I'm not just saying that because of the issues with the withdrawal.

I won a bit in poker there. For now, they reject all my withdrawal instructions because I didn't get the right rake. I started playing with them in sports betting. I got info that if I wager $ 500, I will not have any problems with withdrawals. We'll see how much in this the truth.

They send me ticket for Sunday main event satellite, and i played and won, after that ,i won sunday main event too.

When i try withdrawal they declined and says i need deposit and rake that famous 50$. (Play poker 9 years and never seen something like that), but Ok.

I deposit and rake 50+$ in few days.

Try withdrawal again... and guess what.... they again decline with message - "User is to contribute more rake to meet Rake to Withdrawal Ratio outlined in Terms and Conditions. "

There is currently runs some leaderboard rake promotions so im literally shoved on the home page of Highstakes where it is clearly shown i raked more then 50$ .

On top of everything, in highstakes terms and conditions for withdrawal says "In the event the user plays on multiple products or others aside from only poker, a sufficient and reasonable level of play is required"... So i gamble a bit and bet more then 4k$ in casino and lose in casino almost 2k$.
But even with that, they don't want to pay my money.

It's really amazing how far they can go with their fraud.

Avoid that site at all costs.

When was this satellite and Main Event? I won some money there in sports betting and poker. When I wanted to withdraw, I got this info about earning $ 50 rake. I haven't earned it yet so I asked if they can pay me the money I won in sports betting. I got info that I must then play in bets for at least $500. I met this condition. When I wanted to withdraw, I was informed that I had to earn $50 rake in poker to be eligible for the payout. Two contradictory answers. Now I am making this rake. hope this solves my problem.

Last week i won, and satelites runs daily i think... I hope they will pay you, but on other poker forums a lot people have an identical situation, so the chances are very small you will see that money.

My opinion is that the site has big financial problems. Traffic is very low, mid/highstakes games are completely dead, there are running some microstakes games. Its hard to rake this 50$ how bad it is. One time , a years or two ago, this site was already shut down, and they say that then a new owner arrived... I think this site will soon close door again, this is not a way busines is running.

Something similar happens to me in this room, they transferred me 10 and well I converted them into 100 at the time of withdrawal they asked me for a deposit deposit then they asked me for 50 in rake I did it and they asked me to verify verify it took a week to verify then they suspended my account until that I verify with a selfie and that the person who transferred the 10 to me also sends that and I'm still waiting, I'm fearing the worst, but my sister won a free a few months ago I deposit withdrew and at once the money arrived, I don't know what will happen now

They deliberately delay with verification and everything because when it passes 30 days i think you must again rake 50$, so then they have new excuse to no pay you your money. They are just bull*hiters.
