That's funny I have seen and posted on card chat studies by mathematical and computer programming professors from mit that said the chance of the cards falling live the way they did online was less than 1 in a billion. There was a lot more statistics all reinforcing my opinion.I've played live poker for 50yrs. & I've played over 4million hands online & ~30,000 tourneys.
I don't see anything unusual at all. I don't see anything unusual in my database of hands played either. Years ago I knew of studies that had been done & everything fell within statistical expectations over a decent sample size (some of these studies were made public). Also, there used to be a site called PokerTableRatings. It kept records of every single cashgame hand that was played online. Too bad it doesn't exist these days... but it gave some players an unfair advantage as it also offered to sell HH's.
Not looking for argument this is one of those things like religion and politics people make up their mind and only see information the agrees with their side of the argument. I'm talking about both sides mine as well as yours and no point trying to change minds b/c not gonna happen. Definitely no reason to argue we can agree to disagree and be friends I think people are allowed their opinion and the contrast of opinion helps push knowledge forward.
