Just got scammed on this site again. I'm really agonizing. In covid, I have no choice in U.S. If I want to play poker I'm stuck with ignition but the site is soooooo TOTALLY RIGGED it's just not worth it. Do you all have any suggestions for U.S. players that's not Ignition. I hate the fact that it's such a scam

I been plying ignition poker for a few years and I can almost predict what the next card will be and its not in my favor. I hoped around the site playing different games and i always notice that they will seat 2 of there own players to beat me. I can do well for a few hands then as soon as someone leaves the table they come in and take over. Its funny when the two spies i like to call them have a good hand they will never play against each other. I like the site but they need to stop cheating and play man to man. sum shady shit for sure. I also like playing a couple hand then dipping when the cheats come in and have them chase me all over the place. but they have gotten the best of me im not going to lie kinda hard to beat a cheat thou..

I've played live poker for 50yrs. & I've played over 4million hands online & ~30,000 tourneys.

I don't see anything unusual at all. I don't see anything unusual in my database of hands played either. Years ago I knew of studies that had been done & everything fell within statistical expectations over a decent sample size (some of these studies were made public). Also, there used to be a site called PokerTableRatings. It kept records of every single cashgame hand that was played online. Too bad it doesn't exist these days... but it gave some players an unfair advantage as it also offered to sell HH's.

Could not have said it better. So tired of the conspiracy theory's. While my stats are not as deep as your mine tell me there is no issue with the sites.

I personally find that they have soft cash games. However, their software has a lot of bugs, I mainly suspect it's to do with their service/cloud providers.

I downloaded Ignition this evening and will be trying it out. I have read good reviews across the board. It looks alot different and everyone is on the same playing field, no names, no HUDS...IDK, I will try it and decide for myself. I kind of get tired of watching ACR sponsered players win tens of thousands and even hundreds of thousands of dollars on the regular. They can raise all in with a 10 high and win pots, I feel like its all show to grow ACR. We see them win crazy money so we keep investing. Wins for the normal player are rare on ACR. Cant win flips, cant win with AA, every KK gets punished with a guarentee A draw. I have had decent days, but mostly dark on ACR, I enjoy the CC, THR, and a few other freerolls, kind of weird how varience is so much different within those tournaments. I am pretty sure I am not a great player, but the writing is on the wall at ACR.

What is the story on Louisiana PS? Cmon pokerstars, I would drive over there to check it out lol.

Yeah, considering it is anonymous that makes absolute perfect sense, I can show you screen shots of having everyone double stacked until it came to a decision on their (unregulated scam) end, but that would not suit you

Unregulated Online games are screwball hombre.

I didn’t sit out because A. I already know the game is effed and was not going to invest any more time on that site. And B. I wanted to see the outrageous hands that called for their tournament life and it was laughable. I was more interested in seeing the RNG act funky with garbage hands than I cared for me to place, because even if placed I would be rigged out anyways later lol. Site is a total waste of time to play.

For anyone not drinking the ignition Kool-Aid, the game is not fair and balanced on ignition. The anonymous ‘players’ is the first sign of something sketchy going on and should run as far away from this site as possible lol Like I said I just play for practice/something to do, not about to take it serious.

These guys have zero reason not to tweak the RNG (or do anything else shady) to their benefit as it only breaks their (what should be) ethics, not a law.

I just lost the plot, I almost put my fist through my screen. Honestly. I can't believe how hard I've been ****ed by card distribution on Ignition when super deep vs a total spazzo fish. This is the 2nd time its happened and it just feels so dodgy.

I've had quite good success since coming to Igntion and I wasn't complaining when I had a 30 buy in upswing. But some of the shit that is happening to me against some of the worst players on the site makes me feel so dirty.

I tell this hand not to discuss the bad beat aspect but more so how opp could know to shove this spot.

270BBs effective hero J8o flop T88, hero bets vill calls, turn J, hero bets 40BBs vill calls. River Q and vill rams 190BBs?

This is not the only time this has happened to me where it seems villain knows I have cards that need to be in this pot.

I don't like to talk about online poker being rigged overall as I've beaten it over a large sample. But some aspects AT TIMES just feel so so wrong.

I honestly almost smashed up my desk as this has been an ongoing fisting in so many ways for the last 3 or 4 days. It just feels like the cards are trying to get me to enter pots when I'm behind. Give me bad beats, give me EV and run down on the river, but getting me to put money in behind because the hand plays itself just absolutely makes my stomach turn.

I believe Ignition is OK overall, but some things feel weird. Dunno, wish I could play elsewhere and experience the same (or not) at other sites. But being an Aussie my options are limited to Ignition and Ignition only

You could try Intertops, not sure if they are still accepting us Aussies, I've had an account there for over 10 years, the traffic sucks at our times, I generally only play the CardsChat game there.

If you haven't already got a WPN (ACR/BCP/True) account, it's too late now, they no longer accept Aussies, but if you have got one, you can still play there like I do.

I am sure that there may be some sites out there that are a bit lack in security and can be hacked by on-line scammers, that use software to see all the cards face up.
I don't remember the site involved, but years ago I do remember a case where one of the employees from a site, stole a copy of the software that allows you to see all cards face up, and with a friend involved reaped thousands of dollars from unsuspecting players.
They simply registered an account with the site and played games with the illegal software, I do not think that this happens too often but it is possible.
Pokerstars have such software so they can monitor dubious players who constantly win, and they are able to stream live games on Twitch though they always state that the games are delayed by 30 minutes to avoid players seeing an opponents cards on-line.
But to say that sites are rigged, is possibly going too far, I believe most players (not all) who say that any site is rigged are usually the ones who deposit huge amounts of cash and lose the lot over a short period of time and blame it on the site being rigged.
Are you sure they are rigged? Or are you just a sore loser?

I knew it, no wonder I never win, No 333 and No 666 are cheats.

Just out of curiosity, how are you able to see what your opponents have to be able to say they never play against each other when they have good hands? I haven't been able to find that feature yet. :dontknow: Does that mean they only play crappy hands against each other? :hmmmm2:

I just put anyone that insults someone on ignore without questions or proof to back up statements, he can talk all the smack he wants and live in his delusional world, lol wtf do I care?, I’m not competing to win an argument, I just presented two images to back up claims of sketchiness instead of talking out the side of my neck (you would think some eventually get to a point where things are thought out before just insulting someone) but not everyone has that ability/luxury/brain function to do so. And I get that..well that sums up my time on this particular thread, I do wish everyone the most luck possible on ignition

I posted the screenshot because he called me a donkey and had no ability, if the name of the game is to have chips..well his idea of donkey is another part of his delusional world... yes I knew I could sit out, but was more interested in seeing more ridiculousness in the RNG.

And no I didn’t write down hand history from sat tournament to back my claim of a sketchy RNG (I actually had no idea it was going to be addressed) It was so jarring to see quads 3 times in 5 minutes that I immediately saw the red flags and was jumping ship lol willingly from the final table on that site.
And just to see if the quads would happen again I did another tournament for laughs and posted the screenshot just to show that at least, because that took no effort, I knew it would happen lol

Have you figured a hourly rate to your play with data from ignition? I am not here to be right, just to learn, I don’t have ego issues, let’s see your data and money your making.

Clearly you don’t find seeing quads 5 times in two tournaments odd which I find curious, is that normal to you or am I a liar even though I could only prove two of 5?

How many times do you think it would take in a live game to have quads and then quads two hands later to see live? Is it really a miracle? what about seeing quads 3 times in 5 minutes the tournament before..another miracle? I guess I just saw two amazing miracles back to back within 36 hours, snore.
