I was in earlier today ( 6:30 am pdt ) but cant get in now. NVancouver BC, Canada. Currently 11:51 am pdt. Same msg “ oops, something went wrong ....”

Maybe Canada is the root cause, I have had considerable issues trying to logon, sometimes it takes five or 10 minutes. I was playing the cardschat Canadian freeroll today, and I was not able to play for 15 minutes of it because it would not connect

After trying throughout the day, I was finally able to get into 888casino after 1:00am (Belgrade time) which was already technically Friday.
So, I'm not sure if that got me the casino mix ticket or your message to support. Either way, I did get the casino mix ticket and ended up doing really well today - #30 of 1900 for $4.00
Also, did well on the 2nd Venus getting within the #650 level of 8000+ for another $1.00 of winnings.

I got in right away this morning, but no luck this evening. Luckily I had planned to take most of today off after the morning freerolls, so no big deal.

It seems its happening all the time, and when I contact support i get no reply.
On Twitter, and other social threads, they seem to deny anythings wrong, even though plenty are saying the same. Anyone else or just me?

I had trouble getting on today. I haven’t had a lot of luck since joining 888. They were offering $88 to sign up and it looked like I qualified. Still haven’t seen a cent and no one gets back to me when I try get a hold of them.

Players without Country

Would like to get some clarification as some players that do not have a country beside their screen name. They always seem to win with weaker hands (whether it is against myself or others on the table). Are these accounts hacking the platform, are they bots or do they have cheating software that allows them to see the outcome of the hand before it is being dealt? I am not accusing, but trying to get some clarification. Also, why isn't their country being shown?

Anyone else notice this, or is it just me?

Players’ location in some countries cannot be displayed due to certain local policies.

I registerted at 888 today and also verified my email directly. But i didn't recieved any kind of Bonus as promised. In the regulation is only written i have to verify my email adress and i did that.

In total, I think I just received $10.50 worth (starting on the 13th of April). I was wondering if there is anything you could do to help me get the remaining $77.50 welcome bonus?
