Today I place bit $5 in Sport bet and immediately receive tickets, this is good.
But yesterday, the day before yesterday, the day before that I have played tournaments with buy-ins totally $3 or more ( 3*$0.5 + $1.5=$3 or 2*$0.5 + $2.2=$.3.2) and no tickets. What is wrong?
I think that when 1 buy-in is more than $3, the program automatically sent tickets, if buy-ins are less than $3 but totally are more $3, they have to calculate manually and send tickets. Is this correct?
And what to do?

I have already sent them, but I not expect fast reply from support.
When I send mail to other room’s support, they answers within hours, but their Rep in this forum not answers at all. In 888poker case all the way around - support answer after some days and give formal answer, but you ( 888 Rep ) answer fast and promptly. Thank you for that.

You need to take this up with support as there is nothing I can do regarding their decisions.

It made me think that I had to qualify for day 2.. so I registered in a Day 1 tournament :/
Now when I go in my tickets, I have NO tickets for the tournament.
I want my ticket back. I'm still in the day 2 game.
What is going on here?
I have emailed support, but there's no way they are going to fix this issue for me in time..

Just reply to the email and explain exactly what happened that the ticket that you spent 14 days collecting has vanished because you entered one of those freerolls and ask them surely that was not supposed to happen or was it.
