I can't install 888poker ... says it doesn't exist for my region.

Site is working rn but they didn't bother to stop the tournament or at least chop it up by ICM like any other sites would do. Assumably, the just started the tournament when the site started working or some players didn't affected to it and they started stealing all the chips because there's no way that I'd finish 12th with top 7 stack(if all players couldn't play). At least, it was a 1$ tournament. Maybe they treated differently high buy-in or big prize pool tournaments.

HUDs

My PC was ruined by water damage from Tropical Storm Laura last Sunday and I had to replace it. I just got back to playing on 888 and my HUDs aren't working. I use PT4 and Poker Copilot.

Did you ban HUDs?

What has happened to 888 poker???

I was a daily player of 888, spent over a 1000 bucks in tournament rake playing micros, and god knows how much on plo8 cash rake It was my go to site.

Lately the site is just not what it was. I was going to make a large deposit on Sunday morning, woke up stoked to play...only to find out the connection was not working.

You than contact support who takes 3 or 4 days just to respond to you, the lack of communication to us is lacking immensely. In this day in age a live chat feature is essential, and covid is no excuse as people can work from home....it's sad that your using that as excuse really!!!!

All you will Do is give everyone access to a 10k freeroll sure, but there will be a crazy amount of entries, so when you do the math the compensation is is basically a .50 tournament that's a 3 min crapshoot.

You're site has gone downhill fast, and I for one will be making my poker home elsewhere.

Is anyone else keep getting a problem when you go to raise the amount does not change or disappears (the raise amount) and then when you click it your go times out? The has happened on multiple computers and feel like I am throwing my money away. One hand can change a tournament and when your folding hands you want to play or cannot raise hands it completely messes it up.

Use to have an issue with the software crashing after the upgrades, but this not being ableto raise and now folding if trying to raise is a bizarre software glitch. Fine again this evening but wrecked a tourney earlier.

We did have a disconnection issue a few days ago but it is ine now.

Yup, even tried running as administrator which makes its work much better. You need to bring some players back tho, your guarantees are nothing compared to ACR n stars

This was a new install on a different laptop than I was previously using. I have not reinstalled on this one yet. The software returned to normal but not before messing up the tournament. It was really odd behaviour and had something similar on my previous machine where the raise amount would only go up to a minimum bet. I will try a reinstall although the rest if the games responded normally.

While I have still played satellites this has stopped me buying in to higher buyins. While the software looks nicer now I never experienced these issues before all the graphic upgrades.

Some countries are not allowed casino bonuses due to local laws so that would be more than likely why they done that.
Other than that you can mail [email protected] and they will advise you.

Just resend the email they sent you and they should be able to sort it out for you.

Tournament tickets not working

Hello!

I have two (2) in 888 for "$250 Level Up Freeroll" and it says on top of the tickets "First ticket expires in 73 days". However, when I try to register for this tournament it get this:

"You have no tickets for this tournament."

What should I do? On the other hand, earlier when I used tickets I had it also charged my balance so I'm not surprised about this either.

And yes: I did write to the customer support but got no response. That was several weeks ago.

Can you pls help me?

Oh ok. I get it now. This is about your tragicomic bonus policy.

I mean, how can you advertise that with "$88 Free No Deposit Needed"??? I diligently played all the bonus you gave me and lost it, I did the same with all my winnings from freerolls and still that's not enough to receive my second $8 of your "free bonus"?

But now that I received an email message from you I get it what I have been reading from many places but kind of did not realize it really it is what it is. In your Terms & Conditions - $88 FREE Bonus Package you state the following which applies to the "pending bonus" after the player has received the portion of free bonus worth $8:

11. Upon verification of their e-mail address (claiming), entrants shall be entitled to the $88 FREE Bonus Package distributed as follows:

$1 immediate bonus credited to the player's 888poker account.
$7 tournament tickets for use in the 888poker room (14 tickets for $0.5 buy-in tournaments distributed over a 1 week period, 2 X $0.5 tickets a day).
Pending $80 bonus

12. The $80 pending bonus will be remitted to players' accounts in $8 increments, comprised of $1 Immediate bonus and $7 in tournament tickets, each time they collect 250 Bonus Points for playing poker. The bonus increments will each be granted within 48 hours of meeting the Bonus Points requirements.

In your Bonus policy you say the following:

5. You can accumulate Bonus Points by:

• playing in poker ring games - for every $1 of your “contributed rake” you will earn 2 Bonus Points. “Contributed rake” refers to how much rake you are directly responsible for, based on how much you contributed to the raked pot relative to the other players at the table. For example, if you contribute $25 of a $100 pot (25%) and a $4.00 rake is taken from the table, you contributed $1.00 of the rake (25%).
• playing poker tournaments - for every $1 spent on tournament fees you will earn 2 Bonus Points.
• playing casino games (from your poker account) – for every $10 wagered in the casino you will earn 1 Bonus Point.

Please correct me if I am wrong with my math here but isn't it so that with these terms, conditions and policies a player has to contribute 125/4*100 = $3124 in in cash game pots and/or tournament buy-ins for claiming each $8 chunk of your "Free $88 No deposit needed" bonus? To be able to claim the full $88 Bonus one has to contribute $31 124 for cash game pots and/or tournament buy-ins? I wonder if anyone has ever managed to get even the second $8 chunk really for free? And still, after being able to do that, in order to keep any winnings that might come out of that "Free $88 Bonus" one would need to bet 2.5 times the amount. And all that should be done within 30 days by some one who most likely is new to online poker.

And just for 888 to be on the safe side:
Unless stated otherwise in the applicable Promotion Terms, all bonuses (and any associated winnings) expire within 30 days of the bonus being granted. This means that you must complete the applicable bonus point requirements within 30 days of being granted the bonus, otherwise you will forfeit the bonus and any winnings associated with the bonus.

You could equally well add "Flying unassisted with both hands tied behind your back" in your bonus terms and conditions.

Naturally 888 is free to make their terms and conditions what ever way they want. But what I have problem with is using the words Bonus and Free.
