Also when on an ipad, you can’t hold it comfortably sideways for the screen doesn’t sift. It’s only up and down. I’m researching if there’s a method to correct this, but it doesn’t change the fact that you don’t see a list of tables with how many on each. Nor any choices other then tap the big buttons like 9 handed/X stakes and boom, your sitting at an empty table all by yourself.

First site I’ve ever been on like this. I’ve been playing long before Full Tilt stole from it’s members and wouldn’t return account funds. So a long time. This is the oddest thing I’ve ever seen. It’s like an abandoned beta test.

I’ve opened a 888Poker account and made a deposit. Then went to play. This is the strangest poker site I’ve ever seen. Big buttons to select what poker game you want to play - no big deal there. Then opens more big buttons to select how many seats at the table and stakes - a little odd but okay fine. You make a selection and instantly opens up a long (up and down like you’re sitting at an end seat) table with nobody except yourself - this is where things really look like BS. There isn’t a list of tables to pick from. You don’t ever see anyone else, no matter how long you wait. There’s never any indication that there’s anyone at all playing on this website.
Phone numbers for help don’t work - “the number you’ve dialled is unavailable”. Emails get an automated response saying to check their frequently asked questions section of a website page. Everything screens wrong.

Can you post screenshots so I can fully understand your issue?
Have you tried a reinstallation?
What device are you playing on ie phone laptop etc.

I registered for "The $500 freebie" with my cell phone. Then when I came to my laptop to play the tourney maybe 2 minutes past the start I'm not registered any more.

What I have forgot to ask is that why are the old tournament results popping up continuously in both Android App and when playing with browser. They seem the same popups what you see right after tournaments.

Have you checked your game history to see if you were registered because if you were it should be there.
Are you sure that you were actually registered because pop ups still come up to tell you that you don't have a ticket and maybe you quickly took that to mean you were registered.

Is this some kind of prank or is 888 trying to be funny??? I received this in my mobile. It seems like a complimentary seat to a tourney. However, when I tried to click the button absolutely NOTHING happens. I hope this a prank because if not It is really worrying how carelessly everything is done at 888.

Its not a prank. There was such a freeroll on 888 Poker for invited players. It was an all-in shoot-out, so did you not need to do anything to participate. I saw it in the lobby, but I was not invited

This tournament is today btw (at the same time as stars weekly game i think) with registration starting like 1h before start so no wonder nothing happened to you there :secruity:

Came here to write the same post, getting no tournaments or sit and go's, and a message to say try using different filters but nothing comes up even if I change the filters!

Same here !. I just managed to register for a couple of tourneys, but when I went back after to see how much time before the start I got that message too. Hopefully I am still registered, and they will fix the problem soon.

I think if your registered you will be fine as I was playing and another started after this message appeared, but unable to reg for anything new now!

I also noticed the rebuys are lasting much longer than what it says it will. I messaged support, and brought it up here. Still see it all the time. Right now, my lobby disappears a few seconds after logging in. I can't find the things I want to register or anything. I'm so sick of re-installing this crap. :s
Really wish they'd get it together.. all the money they make, and the site is just getting worse all the time :/

Must be a generic thing as keeps happening to me too although got in the other day. Got to remember not to check while playing, can be costly.

I'm having the same issue too. I was playing freerolls and cash games without any problems this morning. Now it's the issue you're all describing above.

And here 888 just put out a special $5,000 freeroll today to make up for all their technical screw ups of the last few weeks, but the new screw up doesn't even let us play it. What a bunch of clowns.

I'm sorry for saying that, 888poker, but you really need to make another $5000 Freeroll due to all your technical problems. Please don't get me wrong. I played this one, of cause. But the whole night, in general, ain't gonna be profitable with tech problems. Even though I play freebies, NL2 to NL 10 and low tourneys (not more than $3). This night sucks.

Its returning periodically, but then again dropping back to the "change your filter" message!

ie. take that $5k freeroll.... I didn't do anything to qualify that I knew of... & the past technical difficulties had no bearing on me but they still gave me a ticket.

Hi everyone, I am trying to open my 888 room, but nothing has happened for over an hour and the other poker rooms are working normally.
