There answere is it's your own fault! I just get reconnected automatically from the App my Internet connection was fine whole time. But then i ask myself what happens if my router makes a restart and I'm in a bigger tournament? (I could understand more if they would say it's your own fault but still stupid)

For me it's not fair i was massive chipleader i had won the 22$ 100% if i were able to play. Without being able still get 4th and 3 places were paid

I'm searching someone who know or has a contact to a lawyer who deals with matters related to poker, specifically with the unjustified requisition of money by the pokerrom operator 888poker.

I had an account at 888poker and win a package to 888poker live Barcelona Main Event which took place between 17th-22th May. 2 days after I won a package 888poker decided to block my account without any explanations. I tried to contact them in any way, I send about 20 messages to support, operations team, contact call center, and any answear what I recived 5 days after my request is " decision to discontinue your membership still stands" and still have not got any explenation.

I decide to go to Barcelona and try to solve this situation. At casino I contacted with worker from 888poker and he also told me that I can't play at event, my account is still blocked and probably I will never know why they decided to block my accout...

I would like to sue 888poker for unlawfully terminating my account, holding over $900 in my account and voiding my $2,300 package to 888poker Live Barcelona, and looking for a lawyer who will take up the matter

I recently learned that all Sit and goes has been removed from 888.
How can you do that.
Some of my most treasured games like Omaha hi/lo double or nothing, is gone.
The poker site 888, has been crippled.
Sit and goes are gone and when you look after a tournament it is mostly satellites.
I think 9 out of 10 tournaments in the range up to $5 is satellites.

It is a terrible thing you have done to my favorite poker site.

My account has been suspended to prove my identity. I have no problem with that and I'm happy that my account has security over it. I have sent Utility bills and you received it. But there's something missing:

-I don't have a Driving License (never have one)
-I don't have a VALID passport (I had one in the past, but it has issued). I can send photos of the old one if you need.
-I live in Canada. I sent my healthcare card with the first documents I sent, but it's visibly not enough... What other card can I send?

I'm willing to send whatever you want me to. I've been a long time member of your sit and I REALLY want to continue playing on it. You are my favorite and it's not said lightly.

I would like to know why my account got banned as soon as I submitted my documents for verification. Do you have a policy against players who live in Brazil? I really wanted to know the reason for the ban.

In canada u dont have id's?

There are no other documents that they will accept. if you really dont have a valid id or passport then its maybe time to get one.

(Ps: if you write to any support of any site with cases like this u can save the whole "im a big fan and i would do anything blablabla". It just does not matter and neither does anyone care. In fact it looks suspicious, i saw exactly this behaviour multiple times with people who had to hide something and were not able to confirm their accounts in the end)

You have the answer already from support. You need to send any documents that you have been asked to supply and you need to apply for it/them otherwise you are not allowed to play on our site. It's the law which we have to ask you for.

My account was closed this past Friday due to an investigation that individuals were losing hands intentionally to transfer funds on 888poker Ontario. I just received an email this morning stating the player that you’re falsely accusing me of doing this with. This is absolutely theft what you’re doing to me right now! I don’t know the individual, nor have I only played poker (for 10+ years on your site) to win! I’ve never endured such disrespect from a site that I’ve played only with honest faith and with no proof to the matter! How is it a players fault that another player is a fool when he plays!?
I would like my hand history and the phone number to the operation department as I am being falsely accused! I also have made complaints to both the iGO and the ombudsman of Ontario and if I do not get cooperations on your behalf, I will be getting lawyers involved as well.
You have lost all respect from me after what you have done and I hope you cooperate in the matter or things will be perused and I will be filing a legal complaint of theft, false accusations and mental distress.

I actually believe he's the best streamer working with 888. Great choice! Aaron is a solid guy & hard worker.

I actually won an 888poker $16.50 ticket a few days ago while watching his stream. So far it has just sat in my account, saying that no tournaments available at this time (but it has been that way 24hrs./day)

I was told that this ticket would have tournaments available for it. It is still saying the exact same thing today as it was on March 25/2023.
Now it says it will expire in 17days.
Awarding tickets that are completely useless is much worse than giving out no tickets at all. I'm beginning to feel like I'm going to need to invest around $35 of my time, in order to 'maybe' get my $16 ticket. Another fail.

I tried to participate in the grand adventures challenges.

The term for one of the challanges is 1c 2c cash win 3 hands to complete a challange.

Over the last 3 days i have won around 100 hands and nothing is getting credited to the Grand Adventures challanges.

I contacted live chat with the issue nd the raised it to relevant team and had to wait for email response.

The email told me the reason winning hands on cash are not being credited to grand adventures challenge is because they are crediting to the ultimate passport challange.

Also they advised me to do the other challanges which are more costly. When i compete challanges they should credit to both challanges.

So 888 are offering part of the promotion and withholding part of it and advising me to do the more expensive challanges.

I've been a member of 888poker since it was branded Pacific poker in very unimpressed with this response and resolution.

They basically told me they cannot do anything which i hope you can have re looked into.

I've attached image of sailors challenge live and expired without completing when the tasks have been done.

Ive attached images of ultimate passport challange complete which is 80 hands won on cash not crediting to both.

And unsatisfactory email response advising me to do more costly challenges and withholding other because you have to promotion running with conflicting terms which are stopping one from working.

Please have this looked into i want the ultimate passport challange removed so i can participate in grand adventures if possible not for both to work.

You need to contact to person who organized the ticket for you and explain your issue so they can sort it out for you.
