Update on my account if anyone is reading.

888 LOCKED my account upon asking for verification.

888 UNLOCKED my account. It took almost a month.

When I went to withdraw via wire-transfer they LOCKED the account again.

Now they are asking for a selfie holding my ID and my bank card that I used to deposit to 888 back and front. ( I never deposited to 888 ran up my roll via the sign up bonus)

To be honest this is a complete joke. They barely respond to customer help and when they do its a automated response chat AI. The live chat refuses to help and the phone numbers listed on the website are not in service. I'm guessing maybe in another two months I will perhaps maybe have a chance to get my 900USD.
Maybe if you added you poker user name to ID you it would be a lot easier to help you.

I tried to use iCard mastercard to make a deposit but transaction failed. I contacted iCard and was told the following:
"Please be advised that there is no indication in our system of any attempt of payment after 25 october. This means that there was a technical issue on the respective platform at the time when the transaction was made. "

So it looks like the problem is on your end. Can you please investigate the issue further?



Also is there any plans to add Luxon or other payment methods for Norwegian players?
Luxon is already accepted on several other poker sites and it is listed in deposit options on your site.

I'll start by saying that I love playing poker but a few days ago I had a problem at 888poker I saved money and now they won't let me in I love to play but I don't know what happened at 888poker if someone could help me I would be eternally grateful

Something is happening with my account. I was playing just now a CC freeroll when the App just fold down. After restart doesn't let me in to my account anymore. Help please. My 888 user name is -hjuosh -

What is going on at 888? Connection problems over connection problems. I dont even play often but every second time i cant login and my user data is no more saved. other players experiencing the same atm here on cc and 2+2.

This did cost me value from freerolls i was registered (just missed the casino mix up because of it) and im sure other players lost much much more value.

And no: web client is also not working.

So what is going on? Time to get better servers?

Until yesterday everything was working fine on 888 but today I can´t log in.I hope I can play the CC freeroll there in a couple of hours

What is going on with 888 lately? My issues are exactly the same as the person‘s comments 2 above mine. I have never had so many issues trying to play on 888 or for that matter when I am playing on 888 then my table gets frozen so I shut the client down and try to restart 888 but can’t get re-logged in. Its worse now than ever before.

You guys are my favourite poker site so this is really disappointing.

I have a concern I gave the wrong address and now they disabled my account I have money in the account I cannot enter and I sent the documents and they tell me that they cannot verify my account I lost the money or can it be recovered id serendipia95

serendipia95 they disabled my account until I verified it, the question is that I gave the wrong address and now I sent the documentation and it is not possible, is there any way to verify it or did I lose my money?
