A new story with 888 poker, I don't understand why my account is temporarily deactivated?

And why doesn't support send any explanation emails? and when I send an email to customer support why does no one respond?

Excuse me, I'm not addressing you personally but when I send my message I address it to 888.

Really no respect from 888 towards its customers, and I admit that it is the worst customer service on the entire market.

Every year the same story repeats itself.

Dear 888, the issue with my place of residence has been resolved judging by the last letter, all that remains is to prove that I am me... Are you kidding me?! I sent a screenshot of my passport, military ID, international passport (expired) EVERYWHERE THERE IS MY BIRTH DATE!!! I have nothing to withdraw at the moment, if your colleagues were so worried that I would withdraw another thousand, I lost them, but I think it’s vile for 888 to arrange an extraordinary verification in order to block the cashout and delay all this so much, I don’t think this is good advertising your poker room. Specifically, can you move???

It's been about 2 weeks that I'm unable to access my account. Precisely since the introduction of that Sunflower or 888casino or whatever.
Since I couldn't sign in anymore, I uninstalled the client hoping to reinstall it and solve the issue, but it seems that 888poker has completely disappeared. Every link I use to download it again takes me to 888casino. What's going on ? Any idea how to download the poker client the way it was before ?????
