how do i proceed to change my address on my Account under personal details section?

in the contact information section, there is a sign to edit the address but am unable to do so. the address must be change from Rungoo Street to Chemin Filao Roche Noires.

FYI,

At no time have any notarized docs been received.
Also the only thing showing his residences is a hand written letter with no stamps etc.
Im sorry nothing can be accepted and need a utility bill like internet / mobile?

I went to send a money transfer to my friend today (he is actually a member of the 888 Stream Team on Twitch) but the option was no longer showing. (I actually just transferred $140.00 to him on June 11 so I was surprised when I wasn't able to do so today)

I see there is a 'BONUS' on my account now and I'm assuming this is why I wasn't able to transfer $$ to him today?

I placed some SportsBets on 888poker recently (which I often do from time to time, betting small amounts on some of the UFC fights). I noticed it gave me a ticket to a $500 Sports Freeroll on the site. I decided to play in the freeroll while playing other games that day (why not? maybe I'll win some 'money' as is advertised on that tournament lobby in the listed prizepool). But to my great disappointment I discover, I didn't win anything in that SportsFreeroll except a new headache. I don't want to have another 'BONUS' on my account and 100% I would NEVER have played in that Poker Freeroll had I had any notion that if you 'win'(?) some prize money, you actually don't win any prize money at all, instead you obtain a 'BONUS' to bet further on SPorts... but one which cannot even be cleared unless you use all of your own bankroll first and then & only then will it begin to clear the 'bonus'. As we both know, this is terrible and having had experience this in the past, it is obvious that I would NEVER choose to acquire another 'bonus'.

Can you PLEASE remove the bonus from my account? (I promise to NEVER play in ANY freeroll on the 888Poker site ever again.... not a 'Twitch' one, not a 'Cardschat' one and certainly not a 'Sports one' where I thought I was winning a few dollars to my account.
