FYI,

Looking at the player Challenge activity completion, there is no challenge with rule id 235990 completed, hence the player is not eligible for the Golden Era Freeroll ticket.
The challenge has been completed by other players successfully in the last 3 months of the campaign, hence the challenge is set correctly in the system.

888 support still laugh to me by giving me a ticket that i cannot use as no event exist that i can register and they dont say when such a event will occur.

Basically this means that some of your blackjack games are not triggering the rule id. I don't know what to tell you. I have screenshots of my wins that I sent to support twice now. Low stakes blackjack. Most efficient way to win with a Jack and I did so more than 5 times.

Here, just so everyone can see how your rule id isn't getting triggered. Screenshots are time and date stamped in their names. I played on August 18th. Does it look like I'm not winning with a Jack in these?

FYI,

unfortunately, the promo has since concluded - but I have issued a GGW of a $5blast trt (worth more than the free roll as such) to help resolve.

Thanks. Not quite the $25 that Rijckenborg got, but I played the Blast, spun a $15 game, and lost.

Faced with a difficult situation. The money was won from Cardschat forum playing on 888poker, As I understand it, refuses to withdraw it to me.
On July 28, I sent a withdrawal request, the result is still being processed. I contacted the online support service on August 12, they promised to notify me by mail and nothing came. The provider is currently blocking the online chat. The emails I wrote are not being answered.
Moreover, three positive withdrawals were subsequently transferred to all available withdrawal methods

I am very upset by the attitude of 888poker towards its players. For many years this room has been my favorite and I always wrote on the forums and told my friends that 888 poker is the most reliable room with the best promotions. Withdrawals always took 3 days, which is longer than most rooms, but 888poker was reliable. Now I can say that I have to turn to you,
because my withdrawal of money simply did not go through for a long time and no one explained to me why for weeks. I am glad that I received an answer and hope that the problem will be resolved. I am grateful for your help.

U have to play with ur deposit first. U cant Just deposit and then withdraw because of money laundering laws.

Dont understand why the rep wants to resend this as u could just post the Email and the issue would be clear.

Are you ignoring me? I'll repeat the question. Does 888 steal money from clients? If not, please explain where the money disappeared from my account? I can provide screenshots.
