I've been waiting a month for my account to be reinstated after it was blocked for no reason and without any notification... I don't even have access to live chat or any way to contact support to request account reinstatement.

Hello rep. Issuing of tickets for the 1k casino freeroll did not work this week. People received mails that the ticket is in the account but noone was able to register as the number of participants showed "0" untill the tournament was supposed to start and got aborted.
Please fix.

It’s disappointing to see 888poker withdrawing from several regions, leaving many poker players without access to a platform they trusted for years. What makes it even more frustrating is that, at the same time, the casino and betting products are still being promoted and sold almost exclusively in those same regions. Poker players feel left behind, as if the game itself no longer matters, while other gambling products are being pushed aggressively. This approach raises real questions about priorities and fairness toward the poker community.

Thanks i now received a useless ticket which will be invalid for the next tournament:
The next one is in 4 days and then the ticket is no more valid. When i made this report i wanted to make sure u guys fix the problem in your system so the ticket distribution for the next tournament works correctly. Did u guys fix it now? Will players who play casino on Thursday reveive their tickets coming friday?

Hi, I have similar recent problem. Last week I completed a task for casino free mix-up ticket, but didn't get my ticket. Now I received a ticket that expires very soon on Thursday, while 2 Casino Free Mix-Up games will take place on Friday and Saturday.
Please, give me a valid ticket to play in $1000 Free Mix-Up compensation tournament on Friday.

Please make sure:
- players will receive valid tickets for the compensation tournament on friday. Which means 888 has to send out valid tickets today or tomorrow. The tickets issued yesterday will not do it as they are no more valid on friday (as posted above).
- the ticket system is working again and players will receive their tickets for saturday normally on friday after playing in the casino on thursay.
Please read the last few posts in this thread if anything is unclear about those 2 issues.
My hopes are not very high to be honest but lets see.
