I am based in the United Kingdom. I have tried on numerous occasions to withdraw some money from the site. Every time I have done it, it has disappeared from my account, only to return there the next day.

Can you advise me on what the issue is? I have sent emails and tried live chat, but needless to say, they have all said it will be processed, and it isn't.

Thank you. Or is the only way to receive my money is to close the account?

I noticed something strange when withdrawing funds from 888 poker. When I place a $50 withdrawal, the funds arrive within 3 days. When I place a $100 or higher withdrawal, the withdrawal takes 2 weeks and I don't receive the money. Then I make a new withdrawal after canceling the withdrawal, but this time for $50. The money arrives within 3 days. The conclusion is that you need to withdraw a small amount.

Is it possible to post the actual mailing addresses for 888 poker here? No matter where I write, it says it cannot be delivered.

I don't know before it's the 200€ they paid out within minutes. But for the two payouts I withdrew via mastercard and actually they paid out via paypal. And for the 450€ I clicked Withdrawal via PayPal and there was nothing coming weeks so far. So I don't know what the problem could be

How come 888 has been launched in holland yet its only casino andchas no poker client available ....i always knew it as one of the best poker sites once i heard they got the license in holland they came only with casino : (
