On the App it easy enough, main page top right click on your icon, scroll to my account, edit option there.

My casino mix-up ticket has expired yesterday, so I could not use it.
I just received only 1 casino mix-up ticket instead of 2 (1 for compensation tournament today on Friday and 1 for regular tournament tomorrow on Saturday).
Please, issue to me one more ticket, I earned it.

no, it is not so easy, for some reason, the adress they dont let you change,. You can change anything but the adresss.

The ticket u see now is probably for the compensation tournament and there will be another ticket arriving later today for Saturdays tournament.

I’m having problems re-validating my documents. When I tried to open my account, they sent me this contact: [email protected]. But the Google email system returned an “Unknown address error 550.”

I’ve re-sent the documents many times — the same ones that 888 had already validated before — but this time it’s not possible to get them approved.

Hello. Any notice? I'm trying sending again my documents on help center. But the answer is the same. They ask for bank statement with codes. I sent many times the updated bank statement, the same document that 888 already approved before. But the problem is still there.

I have been trying for a while to change my address there to send a new proof and finally be able to withdraw my balance, and it seems like a site without structure, no support email that responds, no online chat, nothing, and look, see the complaints here from other users, it's not something I made up. What happens with this site is even scary. Could the Cardschat administration help? We try to talk to them and they don't respond. Maybe they would respond to you. My login there is marco_braz19

They have this link for help, the help.888.com . That is what happens when we click, so, we dont have access to the help desk from 888 and they dont answer the email "[email protected]" <[email protected]>, so, how can we do something in this poker room ?

And, I want to add, I'm REALLY enjoying the new commentating team of Aaron Barone & Nick 'Easty' Eastwood. They are a great team, some funny banter while working together combined with Aaron's vast tournament knowledge is a recipe for success! A HUGE improvement over previous team(s) (which honestly felt stale to me). I can see Aaron going far in this field... perhaps in a similar trajectory as Tony Dunst (bond18).

It'd be great if you could 'pass this on to the team' as well (please!). I know Aaron has worked so hard to get where he is today in the poker world. It's his amazing work ethic that has brought him so much success so far... but I believe 'the big one is just around the next corner' for Aaron. He's just getting his feet wet playing live tournaments and managed to get a decently deep run in the wsop Main Event last year. (a higher ROI than 'Chainsaw' )
