I have a couple of questions concerning instadebit deposits and withdrawls.

First one is concerning deposits. When I try to deposit say $20 US it converts it to Canadian $'s since I am Canadian I presume but my Instadebit account is in US$'s so why can't I use my US$'s for the deposit instead of having to do the double conversion with fees from both 888 and Instadebit?

Second. On the withdrawl side. If I deposit using Instadebit will I be able to withdraw my profits using instadebit or do I have to withdraw by using a bank draft or wire or wire transfer?

Waiting on your answers as I decide to deposit or not.

We do not support withdrawals via Instadebit. You can deposit with Instadebit but withdrawals would be via Wire Transfer or bank draft.

Royal Bank has U.S. $ accounts, I just made a withdrawal and will let you know if there is a currency fee. I seldom play 888 because of the fees but if this works, better than Party.

Update. Withdrew $25 U.S. to my U.S. $ account in Canada. Received $20.46.

I don't like you can deposit with Instadebit but not withdraw.

Hello and welcome! I've had an open account with 888 or very bad way around so rarely play. Whenever there was some promotion I could not find it. Here are even now "-Everyone has received 2 free tickets to the freerolls! Just check your account! " I do not understand where I did not get it. Who they actually get? Is this promotion expired?

No, you have to do it when you first register an account.

Tried again to install 888, the client software loads perfectly, then when you try to register an account, it says that its not supported in this country?

I saw it under the ZA poker sites on the cardschat website, we were hoping that they are now allowing South Africans to use their software?

Yesterday I had over 50 tournament tickets (but am unable to see what any of them actually are). Tonight it shows 'no tickets', LoL.

I really wish 888Poker didn't have that window opening each time you login (where it opens internet browser)... makes my computer LAG like crazy! (which means I don't want to open 888 if I'm already playing on other sites). Yay great that they want to give me some free tickets to freerolls that are worth pennies but I'd prefer it if we could just click on a tab to access that... instead of having it forced on you.

Another problem I have on 888 is it takes forever for the tournament lobby to come up when there's a large number of entrants in the tournament (especially those freerolls!). Why is it like this compared to every other site I've ever played on?

Not sure if there's an option I can click to keep the SNAP lobby up on my screen? Each time I go to open a table (or sit at a table), once the table pops up, the lobby disappears. Then to open another table I have to go bring up the lobby, then open another table, etc. etc. etc. How can I avoid this?

I realize that 888 is hoping to cater to the recreational crowd (which I am apart of actually) but limitting the tables you can play on is a drag (ie. you can only open 2 SNAP cash tables of the same buyin... on other sites you can open 8-tables of SPEED (Snap) style poker. Even PartyPoker you can open 4 tables. Will they ever consider increasing the number of tables one can play on at the same time?

So there's no way to just keep the lobby on one's screen? (instead of it disappearing every single time you open a table)

I haven't emailed 888 support in ages. When needing help in the past I used to access the 888 forum (my888) for answers as I found it alot more helpful.
