Hello Colette! I have troubles with my withdrawals. They started recently. After 1-2 days of my request I got a letter : " your withdrawal was confirmed, thanks for playing etc " . Then ,in 3-4 hours after that I got another letter and saw next info : " unfortunately your withdrawal has been returned to your game balance,cause your bank rejected our operation. You may choose another type of withdrawals". I always made my withdrawals on visa with USD currency. Can you explain me ,why I can't make a withdrawal. For example I made withdrawal on pokerstars and already got money on my card,but Partypoker returned my withdrawals 2 time in a row.There we're no problems with withdrawal on Partypoker before, but now is something strange. I received an email ~ 1 month ago, telling me I needed to use a different method for Deposits from now on (I typically use mastercard to deposit but I do bank transfer/wire to Withdraw funds). They mentioned some other method but I can't recall what it was (I could try to find it in my emails but am guessing you'll see it on the site).

It's very generous of Partypoker to offer the games it does to Cardschat.

My gripe is (again).... I play the Cardschat game (sometimes for 2 or 3 hrs.)... and then IMMEDIATELY upon winning my ticket in the CC game, it opens up another table for me & there I am!!! (without manually entering it myself!... I thought these tickets had a 1 week expiry period on them???).

This ^ wouldn't be so bad... if I was already planing on playing for awhile and didn't have other plans for my day... BUT it gets worse... >>>

I get entered into a satellite that is already on LEVEL 13 and I have only 15bb's (oh.. sorry.. now I have only 12... as I was on the BB now).

Give us a fighting chance please. Personally I would never enter a satellite at level 13. It puts you at a huge disadvantage.

Here's the screenshot of the lobby immediately upon sitting at the table (I opened the lobby right away as I was somewhat surprised to be in the satty.... although this has happened to me previously where I was put in at Level 14).

Why does Partypoker operate like this? I can't imagine anyone at all would like this. Personally I find the lobby & scheduling for the satellites to be confusing enough already... & imo, the site is losing potential numbers of entrants in them because of this. (I can go on Pokerstars & see EXACTLY when the satties are playing so I can schedule MY TIME & planning around them). With Partypoker I can have tickets in my account and not even be able to see when the satties are running the following day so I don't even know how to plan my time around them. (I just have to hope to be on there every hour of every day in hopes of seeing them.... I guess)

Tell me about it,what bugs me is the fact that the right half of menu page is blank while the left with all the room to put full info only gives the first number or letter of tournament names and buyins,do they actually expect people to hang around clicking on every one to see what the hell it is...come on...hire a genius for Christs sake!uke:

Totally agree,its not fair and its not right!
Especially when we are paying our dollar to enter,we are meant to win a ticket not an auto entry,thats misleading paying customers...keep it straight for once ...just one site...in my lifetime would be nice ...thanks.

The Cardschat $1 buyin Saturday Nov.23rd, AS SOON AS I was knocked out of the Cardschat game ('in the money') another table opened up with me sitting on it... on level 13.. with 15bb's. A few mins. later I saw another Cardschat member appear on my table (one who'd also been in the same CC game & who was still in it when I got KO'd).
The same thing happened to me in last week's CC game.

This Sunday's game it was different. But I also noticed the prizes were different as well. On Sunday I won a $22 ticket but it was for the Partypoker Sunday tourney with the daily Phase tourneys (partypoker Day1B: $200k gtd. ... etc.)

I think it was only happening for the CC games where the prizes were for sattelite tickets towards the $10k buyin MILLIONS games. It just seemed like a terrible arrangement that we weren't able to choose when we could enter our first satellite with tickets we'd won. (ie. at the start of the game)

Freerolls are generally used to support our main feature tournaments - ie the partypoker MILLION
If the team have added sat tickets for these, some may auto-feed as the event is offering restricted tickets - this will have been agreed between the poker team and the affiliate

Suggestion for PartyPoker team, when I have my curser in the notes section on a player, and it's my turn, it kicks me out and forces me onto bet area, I would like it to stay so I can finish writing and then go to the betting on the right. Sometimes when it switches to an active game on another screen and I'm pressing the space bar for the notes I am writing and it folds my hand.

I think you should count yourself lucky. My $11 ticket from Sunday was inactive. Now, it has disappeared.

It was just unactive at the moment I won it!

If a ticket is under inactive its because there are no sats currently in the lobby, these only show a few hours before the games I believe to prevent congestion of the lobby
Have you logged in today and checked?
The only other issue could be the tickets have since changed and the cc tournaments have not been updated
What's the username and I can check the exact ticket please?

Also more seriously,i just played a 10k storms freeroll with 1 ticket spare plus another which was credited to my account yesterday,dropped out after a half hour to find my two spare tickets had vanished,if Party is going to plaster these 10k storm opt-ins all over the promotions page,and we deposit and opt in to win these tickets,wouldnt it be nice if we actually had time to use them :/ just a thought,cheers anyway Colleen ,still enjoying it at Party but having my fair share of problems, as with any site.gl all.

Makes it a huge pain in the ass to write player notes.
.. fortunately I have my options checked so that active game doesn't pop up... so I haven't had the accidental bet thing happening (but have had that in the past... you look at your table to discover you've just put in a ridiculous 'min-sized 3-Bet' while sitting OOP in SB... holding J2o)

Nevermind....................................I found them with the $11 feeder ticket i won this morning after searching for results for the CardsChat tourney to check again if it was a feeder or normal sat ticket i had won in case i was auto reged and missed it...couldnt find those results of course so i looked for any $11 millions entries i could find to gather more info..........of course there were none to show yet so i logged out and logged in again to check tickets ....no still nothing there....so after an hour or so of my day wasted on something that could be straight forward i contact support who eventually after checking i am eligible for the information requested tell me to check INACTIVE tickets by adjusting the filter...so i check INACTIVE tickets and find my 2 storm 10k tickets and the $11 millions ticket....maybe party could do their customers a huge favor and and get rid of the INACTIVE ticket nonsense,it kills peoples mindsets,takes up their precious time...and im quite sure leads to many many missed tournaments,its not right...its not fair...and its purpose designed to upset players in many ways....that is a big flaw with most sites.ACR i have found is the most user friendly with no tricks or trouble attached to their sats,its all straight forward as it should be...just honest feedback for party,how about keeping it professional and treat the paying customers with the respect they deserve by removing these purpose built mindset adjustment and ticket hiding techniques,im sure this feedback will be given due consideration and for that i am thankful in advance,Party is still one of my favourite places to play,but wild goose chases,tricks and trouble finding tickets won and such are a pet hate of mine,a deposit is simple,why the heck isnt anything else...im sure you get the point...thanks again Party.Gl at the tables all.

There are no "tricks" or "wild goose chases" - its a necessity
The storms freerolls ran for a 30 day period - and ended Sat 30th - we offered weekly freerolls to utilise the tickets - its unfortunate to win them in the last week

Oh come on,a ticket is a ticket...it matters not what shows in the tournament lobby,you have a ticket or you dont....and as for unfortunate to win unusable tickets?Again come on,and what about the fact that the unusable tickets are hidden in the same place as the usable $11 ticket.....when i click on tickets i should see what tickets i have...no ifs buts or maybes,and if for some underhanded reason i need to check the filter and click on INACTIVE tickets,and then decipher myself which tickets are truly inactive as in completely useless,and which are actually hidden but usable and not truly inactive at all, then its nothing short of exactly what i said it was,an upset to players time management,mindsets and ability to find and use tickets that were won with a real money buy-in among other things....you see people say oh but its all about the rake,they dont need slimey underhanded tactics because they make their money off the rake....bla bla.....no deposits equals no rake eventually people,think about it just a tiny bit...lol....lol.....and still you say theres no tricks involved...if someone clicks tickets,show them their dam tickets otherwise its simple grasping trickery and nothing short of it.Have a nice day,excellent job,very well done. im sure :icon_thum
