No reply to support email

3 days ago I decided to take advantage of a promo emailed to me for a free $22 Millions Satelite for $40 deposit. I forgot to put in the promo code when making the deposit. I sent an email to support telling them what happened and asking them to credit me with the ticket.

No reply, no ticket yet.

It stated that you must enter the promo code.
The ticket was for a satellite ... & that ship has already sailed. (the satties were to another satty... which went to 'another' satty... which eventually went to another one & the $10k ticket for the $20M Gtd.). And now the $20M gtd. is on the final table bubble.

Thanks for letting me know. It was an honest mistake but most of all I am a bit fed up with the no reply BS from Party. I realized as soon as I deposited and sent them an email within minutes early that day.

Yah... that sucks!

Right now I'm in that UK Millions freeroll... top 40 paid. There's 41 left (I'm in 4th).. 1st gets a $10k pkg... and I have lost connection!

disconnects actually never happen for me on Partypoker... not for years anyways. Bad timing for me today, lol.

Tournament $$ can not be changed for cash - they work on FastForward, we have only one online currency

Ok. I was actually wanting to rail the rest of the game but I had to rush out to the Hospital... so I left the table & lobby open but by the time I got back home, it was closed (I'm thinking SegaM might've been in contention... they were playing good & where my chips went to).

I played this week Micro Gladiator, Micro Daily Masters ($2.2 buy-in paid with tournament dollars), partypoker Micro day 1 and partypoker Mini sattelite ($2.2 paid with tickets) and I'm still not able to join The Bridger tournament. Are tournament dollars or tickets excluded from $5 requirement? There's nothing about it in the terms of the promotion. I think it's not right...

Hi Colette, I was just wondering if you could pass this along to the tech department.
On the top left hand corner since the last update, they don't show the level anymore. I am playing a lot of feeders lately and it is nice to no what level we are at without having to open the lobby.

It happens to me when I have long sessions, I log off and log on again and I can see my tickets then. I never noticed anything about my avatar tho.

I've already played for $10 and still don't have access, maybe because sattelites and buy-in's paid with tickets doesn't count? there's nothing about it in the terms, that's why I ask
