Hey PSDylan, you called me awhile back and we discussed a bunch of stuff. When I was at the IOM, Steve mentioned that Vip reps have taken some supernova's out to dinner and such. You should see if you can get over to the GTA and make that happen and see that I get an invite

First I've heard of this - let me run it up the pipeline to see if others have been having issues with this. You should also email [email protected] telling them about the issue - if the problem is somehow related to the system you're running PokerStars on than they should be equipped to help with that.

KD, since the latest update, things like the tournament lobbies and clock aren't updating as swiftly as they usually do. Usually give it a few seconds and it will sort itself out.

hadnt noticed any other problems apart from the clock. its not that important, just a tad annoying.

Just recently I've noticed a few players who've changed their avatars on PokerStars. I thought you could only change it one time from the time you first signed up? Is this true?

I've changed mine a few times over the years. If you email support they should allow you to change it but I believe it can take up to 48 hours for the new avatar to take effect.
