I have a problem and never had it untill now. I cannot find the Neteller deposit option in my cashier at Pokerstars. I only deposit through Neteller.

Just recently I've noticed a few players who've changed their avatars on PokerStars. I thought you could only change it one time from the time you first signed up? Is this true?

You can usually have your image changed without issue if you haven't changed it too recently by emailing [email protected] asking for this permission.

Dylan, I was playing a 45 man today and I did not have a fold option. Needless to say, because I was short stacked, the only option I really had was to shove and I ended up busting.
Honestly, I expect better from Stars, what is this iPoker or something? KK is NOT a hand I want to be shoving and of course, I got called and lost. I understand this was only a $1.50 game but my backer is fuming that I would shove here until I showed him the screenshot (which I have attached). $1.50 is a large portion of my backer's net worth, as you can understand, this isn't some silly 25c 45man, we're talking big bucks here. I look forward to your response and hopefully that $1.50 coming back to my account soon.

I really don't think that kind of thing is necessary Arahel. You've been a member here for a while and I'm sure you're aware that multi-tabling in the heat of the battle, one is used to the buttons being where they should be. Moving my mouse all the way all the way over to the other side of the screen to a button that I have personally never used did not cross my mind while 12 tabling.

How do I make the fold button do the same as check? When I click fold when I have a free check a box comes up saying are you sure you want to fold (obv I don't want to fold). I had it before where clicking fold was treated as a check but **** knows what I did (or stars did, IDK) but I have got used to clicking fold and it being treated as a check so I spend a significant portion of time clicking two buttons instead of one. As I'm sure you'll appreciate poker players are generally lazy and not a fan of having to read pop up boxes and click twice to perform one action. Just curious as to how I mend this back to what it was previously? I've looked through everything to no avail.

Forgive me, the poor American, I've completely forgotten what it's like to multi-table ANYTHING in the last 14 months! I'm sorry - I don't have any sympathy - still waiting for my BR to get refunded. At least you have a stake. BTW - you didn't mention that you were multi-tabling in your OP.

How do I turn off that freak'n feature of 'show one card'? I've looked around & have no clue on how to get rid of it. It's beginning to tilt me a bit when one of my cards pops up as if I want to show it (just from dragging my mouse).

When you click fold when you can get a free check, the box that pops up has an option "always use this action". Tick the box beside that and it will be treated as a check every time after that.

Ah right, I thought if I clicked always perform this action it would just fold every time I clicked check which would be extremely tilting.

Has anyone else ever noticed this issue? Assuming this is a serious post, I can definitely look into this for you and see if you deserve a refund if you were adversely affected - which apparently you were . $1.50 or not, we believe in offering players all three options, no matter what cards they hold.

We had an issue with a software update last week which for some meant they had to reinstall the client. I take it you've sorted this out? Apologies for the inconvenience.

I did the same on the new update, treat fold as a fold was an option and I clicked it by accident.. :|

Blue, might have to reinstall the software.. I dunno if all my notes and stuff will go with it though so I'm not touching it until clarified.
