Can you tell us more about : Full Tilt Merge with PokerStars

From a PokerStars player-perspective I expect the most notable change will be the addition of Full Tilt players to the player pool. I hope there will be some other benefits that come down the line in terms of being able to more quickly add new features/improvements as a result of our developers servicing one platform instead of two.

I'm very interested in this FTP merge with Stars as well - makes sense overall but the implications can be intriguing.

Dylan, on another note, I have a few thoughts on Stars in general that might make the playing experience more enjoyable.

Starters - I enjoy the mobile version for money on my iPad. Disappointed though that only Hold'Em is available on the iPad. I also noticed that Home Games, such as the Cardschat World Cup can't be accessed on the iPad. Any plans to change that in the future?

Second, the lack of re-load bonuses is disappointing. We all know about the first 100% up to $600, but what's the incentive to re-load in between these promotions? Could you look at a monthly re-load freeroll based on your VIP level? That might encourage deposits.

Third, any thought to regional ring games or SnG's? Like having tables available for Canada or Europe, situations like that? This way, if I felt like a game with only Canucks, we could join and meet at a table?

Currently there are no plans to add Home Games on the Mobile App.

We do still run deposit promotions, but admittedly not in the style of the traditional reload bonuses that were popular a few years ago that were for large deposit amounts and had high play-through requirements. The last deposit bonus we ran was in January. It was the Mega Bonus promotion which required a deposit of $30 and awarded a random reward. I will pass on your feedback regarding a monthly freeroll for depositing as well as regional tables for cash/SnGs to the appropriate colleagues.

Making more money is probably the real reason for the merger.

I have no problem with sites making more money; but keeping the players happy in a stable environment could prove more profitable than constantly changing the rules.

As a result of all this instability some may get startled and move away from poker.

What about SNG lobbies?
On Full Tilt SNG lobbies are ''blind'' - you can see how many players are sitting in the lobby, but you can not see their nicknames.
While, on Pokerstars you can see their names.

What will happen when FullTilt and Pokerstars merge?

Just a question out of curiosity: why are re-entry tournaments called "Optional Re-entry"? Mainly, why the need to explicitly state that re-entry is optional? What would be a non-optional re-entry tournament?

Hi Pokerstars Rep.
My question is how long the Pokerstars Giveaway and all the All-in Shoot-outs daily tourneys take on this year? We and lot of CC members here prefer not to waste more time to play these. Before I think it was good promo since started, until such time I read some feedbacks and made me on realization. Yes, the $100K privilege freerolls daily is too much better than this and yet Pokerstars' income is more profitable getting this freeroll as all the players on this tourrney are required to earn 100VPP.
We are the regular players on PS and must give priority than some players who just download the PS anytime they want and get quick & easy access in one click to the freerolls (All-in shootouts [Free-for-all-players] next to target tournament and win some bucks without spending a single cent and any effort.. I'ts not really fair and don't see any logic of the current touneys promotion between the PS company, the regular players (able to spend some and can earn 100VPP), and the parasite players. Sorry my term "parasite", don't know how to call the category because even if you look at their game stats or history they spend nothing (deposits) or no rake contributed, they just download the software, register to the tourney and leave. And getting lucky to win. Luckier than regular players, most of the time.

I agree with debriz; the 100K Privilege Freerolls were 100 times better than those Giveaway Freerolls.

The 100K Privilege Freerolls looked more like real tournaments. And you could play other tables while playing them. The Giveaway Freerolls, with the exception of the Allin
Shootout, are way too intense for most to have multi tables opened.

The result: Only the freeroll only players have the time and the advantage in playing them. Maybe PokerStars wants to attract freeroll only players that will play there like it is play money; is that what you want?

They have not been removed, the tournament tickets tab is simply broken (has happened to everyone i believe though i do not know why)

It's simply there to emphasize that they are optional, and to further distinguish them from Re-buy tournaments which some players confuse them with.

The Tournament Tickets tab issue is a known issue and being looked at.

Anyone know how to get rid on the starcoin thingy on the app. Since it turned up I can only open 3 tables.

I found this in the app options.
You can remove the icon by turning it off/disabling it.
I can play 5 tables now ... i think ... i will have to re-check

Dylan is there anyway to make the mercury theme felt as it used to be? after the new update it looks different(it has dots all around) and i do not know why but it annoys me. Also the knockout power thingy written in the felt in KO tourneys looks bad as well. Thanks in advance for your response.

Dylan were the designers high when they came up with the new felts? They're just awful.

Any way for us to go back to the nice smooth looking layouts?

Glad to see i am not the only one bothered by this. It just looks horrible, to the point it bothers me.

This is a known issue caused when the knockout theme background was recently released. It replaced the normal reflective felt instead of being its own option. I'm told it will be fixed in the near future.

Regarding the las 3 Ticketts for the round 2 of the weekly Freeroll Tournaments, I need to know why was the weekly Round 2 Tournament canceled? why can not play those Tornaments if they expire in jun16, jun 21 and August 9 2016? or How or which compensation is given to the players.

I also have some of those but they were discontinued in february. They expire later but that does not mean anything

It is an important issue. they should compensate players with some alternative freeroll or something.
The Problem is that all players should unite in this matter, if every player with this situation writes to them I am sure they will have to compensate somehow.
