Deposit option on Stars

Hi there,
I am FTP and PS player before merge and have no problem deposit to FTP,because they have Skrill as deposit method..(I am from Indonesia)

But since the merger,I can't deposit directly anymore,I try using Neteller VCC but it won't let me..and EntroPay is just too expensive and a bit of hassle from where I came from ..

Could the deposit option with Skrill will be back?or can you guys add more deposit option like Neteller or Western Unions?

If you listened to the podcast, you would have heard that PokerStars is no longer sponsoring them, so no more PokerCast tournaments.

Dylan can I offer a suggestion to you and I'm curious if others share my thought.

The current Poker Cash Giveaways are a great way to attempt to earn extra money, however I find that with only $500 in the pool - and none offered in the evening, the only one I can participate in is the all in shootouts.

What I'd like to see is this:
- Offer 3 daily challenges - one for cash tables (ZOOM or not), one for SnG's (including Spins) and one for tournaments. Completing 7 a week grants entry into the weekly Poker Cash Giveaway (similar to the current freeroll for Sunday Storm Tickets)

Take the 50 tickets given away, add the $14000 available through the four daily giveaways, and make one giveaway tournament a week, offering $10k cash to the top winners plus tickets:
- Top 20 win a Sunday Million Ticket ($215 each)
- Next 50 win a Sunday Storm Ticket ($11 each)

Just a thought - I think this would drive more people to do the challenges & make the Sunday tournament really lucrative.

I personally find the all in freeroll a bad idea... never use my tickets for it

I like them as well but have no use for the all-in shootouts (not sure what the point of these is other than pure lotto-style gambling) or the Heads-up tourneys (there is FAR too much time spent waiting for all of the tables to finish between rounds). The other two formats are great!

Hello Dylan! I'm new at CC and PS I just wanted to ask you something.
I'm from Argentina and me and a couple of friends are having some problems while playin PS: disconecting, 2-3 sec delay and that stuff. When i open de network status panel there are times that my computer can't comunicate with some PS servers, specially Isle of Man. Are you on PS working on fix this? A lot of players from my country are having this issue I've heard. I hope you get it fixed soon cause we really like PS. Thanks!

We recently had some issues with some players experienced the software crashing, but this should now be resolved for most players. In regards to lag/disconnects, I'm unaware of any site-wide issues, so this may be related to your internet service provider.

If you think you're having an issue disconnecting that is not related to your own internet service provider, I recommend sending in your Log Files to [email protected] within 24 hours of when you experience lag. They'll pass it on to our technical team who may be able to pinpoint whether it's your own connection or something from our end.

I have problem when i play on tablet a couple days before when i play zoom,3 times when i been big blinde i dont see my cards and me ,just empty places but i must to folded because i dont know what i have in hands.

i have the same problem and i just fold automatic too but i seen that we can see our cards in up on the little table

In reference to the next $1 Million Dollar Freeroll, I read the following about new depositors getting a ticket, but I don't see anything about existing players . Do you have any info on how (or if) existing players be given a chance to play in the freeroll?

Anybody having problems with Pokerstars crashing. For the last week or so the table will go white and freeze then crash.

Sometimes it happens if I'm playing cash or if I get knocked out of a tournament. Not sure if a Pokerstars issue or PC issue, although it doesn't happen on any other site I play, just on Pokerstars.

Lidija also a CC member, just recently final tabled the million freeroll, we are so happy and proud of that and it was a great promo.

Now she talks on Skype with me and being concerned here PS account was hacked (or at least someone tried) and I dont want to be always look like an Ass in here, but I think discussing this is in both PS and players interests.

your explanation from security seems to say there is a player like Lulupk701 which made a typeerror, if this is the case you can be 100% sure , if you look from where (IP) this 4AM reset is made and if there is a screenname involved from that IP that is similar to this players one.

We can say , get yourself a security token, but dont you think this actually has to do that screennames are involved to login?
I wonder how often this has happened on SM winners accounts? (prolly unsuccesful but a try stays a try and you must make it as hard as possible for hackers)

I was watching youtube of Negreanu on twitch and he was in a hotel room in New Jersey?? I was so confused because I was under the impression that Vegas and Jersey were both legal and on the site. And as the main rep for the site, why we he go to the effort of a hotel room in NJ if he lives in Vegas and can play there.

So you can't play PS in Vegas? ....so confused and wondering why I've thought this to be the case for years.

Independent parties sometimes record those replays and post them on YouTube. OLP is only illegal in a few states. The problem is withdrawing any money. It is the money movement that UEGIA made a royal PITA.

Prior to NJ, NE, and De creating State laws about OLP. OLP was legal in each of them. Again, moving money onto or off a poker site was the problem. Each of those states made it possible to move money on and off of sites that the State authorized.

I've been getting that for over a year now, and mainly on Stars, If I leave another poker room open for a long time without actually playing that will happen there also but that I can understand.

I don't know about youtube, but Stars runs the replays in their client. Someone probably records the replay and puts it on youtube after Stars shows the replay.

Because that is what Stars has done for a very long time, it is their software, they can do that, and they tell everyone that is what will happen before they register, if they don't like it they don't have to register.
