A little less than 3 hours of 4tabling 100nl rush tables. Ran about $100 below EV, lost set under set and villains caught flushes on half my sets, but I'll settle for that... :D

My hand is a little sore now from folding so much... ;)

but you're probably not increasing your hands/hour that much by playing more tables, imo. I get to 1200 hands/hour 4 tabling FR. How many do you get with 8?

Also, do you mix stakes or do you mix 6max and FR? Because you're limited to 4 entries in a single player pool, aren't you?

yes 2 stakes, i never played 6max in my life so wouldnt feel comfortable playing super hyper turbo crackcocaine 6max :)

ill let you know later what my hourly hands with 8 is when i get home

I thought I would hate the frenetic pace, but it was such a trip. I played the .5/.10 and bought in for $8. ran it up to about $45 in about 10 minutes (I won 3 consecutive races and cracked pocket Aces on the button), before finally cashing out with about $24. I grinded out a decent part of my stack by raising 3-3.5x on the button or button+1 if it went to me unraised.

Yah... I'm thinking I'll be ratholing when I'm up on the rush tables from now on as well, lol... sigh.. shoving POT on the turn with flopped top set & getting called down by a Khi flush draw & losing a $38pot at 10NL was a bit disheartening, lol.

Almost same thing happened to me, flopped top set with pocket JJ, I v bet flop then board hit runner-runner clubs, after 2 clubs on flop (I had no clubs in my hand, lol) villain pushed all in on river, I had to lay them down....ughh.

Oh one other interesting thing happened to me during a session (.05/.10). I had pocket queens on the button- raised and was reraised by the BB by some dude with with a long very weird name (I can't remember the name right now). I shove all in he calls and shows AJ- I take down the pot.

The very next hand, he's 2 to my right! He rebought for $4. He raises 3 times the big blind, and I have.... pocket queens. I decide to push, he calls with A 10... I take down this pot too.

I wonder if he left the table thinking FTP is rigged :)

Can not play this on my netbook since you have to be in standard view in the lobby to even get to the games. That alone will have me playing this much less than I would have.

I hope they fix this.

Ran 10 bux on 5c10c up to 150 and won a sweet 30 off this guy who was a total donk on a board of 882 I have the 8 and bet out the pot, he calls, turn another 2, I bet out again 2 bux he raises to 6 I shove 14 more hoping he doesn't have quads the way my luck on tilt has been this week, and he calls with queen9 lol. Playing the Q on a double pair board what a fish. I noted him before the hand was over and saw him a few times later. He was on 4 seats in this lobby, I wonder if he got confused what hand he was betting lol.

I think that if one quick folds a lot, that can result in "being" on 4 tables at once. In reality, you are only active on one at a time -- the last one.

Looks like some are doing well at this. Me, I go up and then get hurt, then up again... and down... Doing a bit under breaking even, but then I'm sometimes donking it.

I love it that there's no time for people to cuss me out.

All you need to do is adjust your screen resolution. I'm going to try it on my netbook when I get home after work. That's what FT sent me an e-mail about. So I'll try it out, you do the same.

Just seems like a ploy for FT to make people play faster so they get more rake every hour. I'm sure I'll give it a try eventually, but at first glance it doesn't look like it's for me. You'll never get a chance to learn who you are playing against if they change every hand.

Probably ok at 10nl, but i'd be really careful if this was 100nl as a lot of really good higher stakes players have moved down to have some fun at the rush tables and obviously they're playing ridiculously from time to time since this is like pocket change to them. But if you follow them to their regular turf, they are über sharks.

THis is true. I've noticed a bunch of higher limit players playing at 10NL rush tables.

You didn't even play it but you already spoke the outcome very well. I played it and it's gay. Poker is not about playing your cards. It's about playing the environment.

Poker is about neither. It's about making money. I'm up $13 in about 30 minutes on a 5NL table. I never did this well in 4 months on regular tables. I plan to continue with Rush Poker.

Another advantage of it is there is none of this second guessing and folder's remorse. "Oh, if I'd have limped in I would have flopped trips. Arrrgh!"

None of that.

You can watch the current hand to the end after you fold, however, by clicking "sit out next hand."

Now I'm up $23 on 5NL after about an hour. Yep, this is for me.

It's robot poker, but that's the way I like to play. It's pure letting the percentages play out.

Where are you playing 5NL? 10NL is the min, or do you mean buying in at 10NL for 5$?

Looks good, i've tried it for couple of hours.
U should play tight there, play small pockets and higher pairs, suited connectors and A-T/A-K hands

Playing tight according to a LAG/Maniac, gotta love it.....lol.
