Hand 3:
Hand Sample: 20
Villain: 42/11/1.8
I knew I hadn't bet flop so unlikely I had a queen, but villain was a fish who I hoped was only paying attention to his weak holding.
hand 2 i float before i raise
hand 1 i bet smaller on turn but its fine as played
hand 3 bet flop, fold turn, river is fine as played but id make it smaller like 1.22

Happy New year,
also without being a dick, from my lurking MM you easily have the ability to move up just need to sort the mental game so you play 100% all the time

Hand 1: Fold pre-flop maybe? He had fishy stats. Only hand sample of 15 though. 47/13/1.0 3bet% 66
I play against this guy all the time and he crushes me. Whenever I have a big over pair he seems to out play me. Any chance were good on the flop or should we fold to his x/r?
(2 players)
Villain checks, Hero bets $1.20, Villain raises to $3.15, Hero raises to $4.25 (All-In), Villain calls $1.10
Turn: ($10.12) 8
(2 players, 1 all-in)
River: ($10.12) 3
(2 players, 1 all-in)
Total pot: $10.12 | Rake: $0.42

Kinda gross... Doubt I'm ever folding ^ but it kinda looks like the only thing he has that you beat is JJ. Maybe some pure bluffs? But why would ge turn AK or something into a bluff on this flop?

Set or most likely slow-played A/A or K/K. Very hard to fold but I think you're beat here 70% of the time.

Happy New Year all.
Grats on the goldstar Micro.
Ended short for like 40vpps to reach Silver, cashout $100 yesterday, plus $100 on loses, so back to the ground again. Oh well, only can go up from here.

Thats what I originally thought as well. Like it had to be AK and he was going nuts or JJ. I figured AA KK he jams pre.

Table looks like it has a lot of TAGs with one shortstacking fish, so open wider preflop and tighten up when being played back at?
One thing that I notice is of the TAG players, they all have pretty low c-bet stats? So maybe this means they more aggressive preflop and more passive post flop.. so yeah Im calling more preflop and trying to steal post-flop when villain doesnt show aggression.
Also, we can steal with a wider range of hands bb to sb from villain to our direct left (ldo) as he has a high FtSteal.

i get out of the table and look for another, there´s nothing for me there, the only fish is shortstacked and on the bb which we don´t want, so there is no point to stay there.

I'm with Logan - I'd be shutting down that table and finding one with well-stacked fish and more passive players/NITs. I stay away from tables full of TAGs.

I'm stealing a lot on this table - opening wide from CO and BTN as I want to play lots of pots IP vs the english fish and because the other two players to my left have high FoldToSteal stats and low 3b stats, especially Tony directly to my left.
Guy to my left has high steal stat and highish Foldto3b stat so I'll be 3betting him quite a bit with a range including bluff hands. Next guy to left, setfiretopot, has a low Foldto3b stat and he's a nit so I'm not 3betting him with bluffs only value hands like 99+, AQs+, and folding if he 4bets and I dont have KK or AA.
Probably a bit more to say there....like others said the table doesn't look that great and I'd consider leaving

You're absolutely right, I do tend to spaz out at the higher levels. Not sure if its the pressure of the amount of money or because I start bluffing too much (obviously there is a fine line because you can actually get folds at 25nl) but either way it usually ends in tilt spewing. I think if I didn't ever tilt I could at least breakeven at 25nl....but I still think some regs at 25nl have superior hand reading ability to me, there was a good example of this recently where a player read my bluff and told me how he did so in the chat box after..I'm going to try and find because it's an interesting hand.

Following on from previous post..
Here is the hand. I was trying to rep a set. Afterwards I asked him how he could call that down and he said that my raise OTF was too small for a set and my bets OTT and OTR were too big to be anything that he beats. Looking back on it now I'm still not convinced my bet sizes were off for repping a set but idk. Anyway, this made me think I shouldn't be playing 25nl until I'm better at hand reading myself.
One more thing, I just reached 100k hands at 5nl since moving back there in October and the graph is looking too pretty not to post

Have to agree with what the villain said.
Your raising more if you have a set on that flop, he can assume you don't raise TP as well as 10s and Js and 3bet Qs+ as its 25nl.
Turn and river are blanks so his call is fine.
