I will easily take the chip for myself and definitely use it to play. Even if I am sure that it is not mine, I will still do it because I cannot act otherwise...... At least I told you the truth.

Why would anyone do that? There are so many people in the casino, why would one of them do that? And even someone from the stuff wouldn't because they would have to choose a player to do it to. And for that, they need a reason. And moreover, why would it be you?

That's what I call honesty. At least you're admitting what your action would be.
And actually, when I started the thread, I did not think about its dilemma as deeply as now (After the replies).
Though it might appear simple, it's really not.

is it illegal to play with a chip you found on the floor? same as playnig with money that was left in slots no?

I would say yes, it's the same thing. As long as you don't know who the chip belongs to.

I never play with money that isn’t mine, and I never chase losses. I would either ignore that $100 chip or turn it in to the casino.
