Yes I agree that the best thing to do is return it. But to who? Is it really fair to give it to the casino?

Well, if you talk to the casino manager and explain the situation, maybe he'll be nice and give you the chip as a courtesy!🙂

You didn't think that someone sent this on purpose to test your honesty; personally, I wouldn't take this trick.
 
I will easily take the chip for myself and definitely use it to play. Even if I am sure that it is not mine, I will still do it because I cannot act otherwise...... At least I told you the truth.

Why would anyone do that? There are so many people in the casino, why would one of them do that? And even someone from the stuff wouldn't because they would have to choose a player to do it to. And for that, they need a reason. And moreover, why would it be you?

That's what I call honesty. At least you're admitting what your action would be.
And actually, when I started the thread, I did not think about its dilemma as deeply as now (After the replies).
Though it might appear simple, it's really not.
 
is it illegal to play with a chip you found on the floor? same as playnig with money that was left in slots no?

I would say yes, it's the same thing. As long as you don't know who the chip belongs to.
 
I never play with money that isn’t mine, and I never chase losses. I would either ignore that $100 chip or turn it in to the casino.

I would agree to give the chip back if I find out who it belongs to. But giving it to the casino doesn't sound right to me.
 
When you're tilted and have already lost everything, you don't care whether your chip is on the floor or not. Fate gives us a second chance, and we need to take advantage of it.
 
I think I wouldn't be confused and would raise the chip with a serious look to use it for the game. You have to use all the opportunities, otherwise the profit will never be in your pocket.
 
Of course, I would return to the game, as I would be in TILT at that moment. These are natural emotions when you lose all your money and fate gives you an extra chance. As for the cameras, I am not violating anything if there is a chip near my feet. 😉

Unless I know who the chip belongs to, yes, looking at it as a 2nd chance sounds right.

True, there's no violation there. And the only thing that could prevent me from using that chip is if its owner turns up.

If it’s on the floor and I’m first to grab it up , it’s mine, the casino steals already from me, and I find 1 time something , ofcourse omwille keep it for my self 😂😂😂

Nothing wrong with that if its owner is unknown. The thing I don't like is returning it to the casino.
