I would never drink and gamble,you just might as well hand them your wallet and say just take what you want,done a lot of really dumb things over the course of my life and getting drunk and gambling is one of the dumbest, always a fun game with a really drunk player until they become obnoxious then the game goes south

Seeing as how alcohol completely wrecks people's thinking and judgment, I would say it's a dangerous combination unless the person is aware of this ahead of time and puts in limits so that they don't go completely broke.

I think in live casinos it's part of a plan to keep you drunk and distracted. As for me, sometimes I drink while playing, sometimes I don't. It's hard to figure out the dependencies. I think emotional state is a key factor.Igor G said:

95% of the time when I drink, I make a lot of mistakes because I play very aggressively. But in 5% of cases, this sometimes works well.Igor G said:

Luckily I very rarely drink and play poker and rarely drink at all so not really and issue that affects me.
