Alcohol and gambling.

I always drink when I play in a live casino. slots, roulette, billiards, or card games, if I play live I drink alcohol 99% of the time. But if I play at home, online, I rarely drink, and if I do, it's only beer. How often do you drink alcohol when you play live or online gambling?

It's not a must for me but I once played live while drinking shots and it was amazing, fearless and aggressive. But I can say I've played better without drinking anything

I think drinking and gambling is a tricky combination—it requires a lot of self-control, because you have to know when to stop gambling and when to stop drinking! Good luck to you!

Well, I've never been to a real casino, and the ones I've been to were the kind you find on cruise ships.

And yes, I was completely drunk because the ship had an open bar... But obviously I went with a small amount of money just to have fun and only played a few spins.

Generally, those aren't good combinations to mix, but it's still possible to do them responsibly! lol

I have not drank alcohol for over 2 years now. Poker or life, this is a great change with great repercussions. Sleep better. Better relationships. Healthier. Stronger.

The only game I played while drinking (Beer only) is blackjack. But after a while, I realized that it's a bad combination and stopped.

I usually drank when I bet on sports, so these things are connected in my mind. It's better not to drink, because it increases cravings and reduces the ability to make good decisions.

I don't usually like to drink alcohol, so I never do this while playing poker.

Anyway, even if I was a person that really likes alcoholic drinks, I would try to avoid them while playing poker, as I would not like to be drunk or unfocused during a game that involves money.

<3 <3 looool loved reading the answers <3 <3 and Nope, do not drink as a regular thing. It is more if I am with family or friends enjoying an evening and everyone is having a wobbly pop. I might have one and then normally go to sleep quickly

I do not think that would be the best combo at a casino, but if I ever go I will probably end up having one

I stopped to drink alcohol long ago so now I also don't drink when I play any games. Casino or not is irrelevant as i never drink.

In my opinion no drugs should be used in activities where you have to make clear decisions.
So alcohol(weed and so on) is a no go in gambling activities where money is involved.

Sometimes on weekends, I can have a beer when I play online at home, but I don't abuse it. I go to the casino very rarely, but I go once or twice a year, and I can drink something stronger there, but it all depends on the mood and the company.
