that is, the played cards are returned to the deck every two hands??? not so! If that were the case, it would be repeated. they are mixed before being put in the package!

I think this is a skill that sufficiently smart players can use. I don't think it would be correct to call this skill cheating.

I think it's perfectly fair. If you can do that (which I can't) more power to you.

Clearly it isn't cheating . If you are good enough, go do it . But play like a fool once in a while or pretend you are drunk . They will stop your action the minute you are winning and look skillful .

It is absurd to consider the ability to count as fraud. In that case, all of us who know how to count the change we get at a store could be considered fraudsters.

In our casinos they use 6 decks in a single shoe and YES the played cards are put back into the shoe which is also a shuffler. every couple of hands INFINITE cards

It’s ok I think. If you can outskill an opponent or the dealer then you are entitled within the rules to do so and possibly profit

I have already discussed this but the short answer is NO counting cards is not cheating because you use your brain.

if it were cheating, it would be illegal. But it does take away the edge.
All businesses have a right to refuse service, so why would they take chances
on a card counter when there are millions of suckers waiting to give their money away.

Yes agree its a skill but casinos can and will still ban you for it so it's probably not really worth it in the end but to each their own.
Exactly. Casinos want to have an edge against the player, so they are not interested in doing business with someone, who are trying to find an edge on them. Same with sportsbooks. Only poker is different, because money won come from other players, and the house still get its cut (rake).

Yeah thats probably why so many "professional" sports bettors get denied action on various sites. Not sure though how they do it, always thought its not possible to highly unlikely to be profitable betting on sports in the long run.

I wouldn't consider it cheating. If it's possible to use your own knowledge and skills during a card game, why not do it?
Casinos might not like it, but that certainly isn't a deterrent for someone aiming for good results.

If your serious about this game how do you not count the cards to some degree,if your any good at all at this game I don't see how you don't

This is not a violation of the rules and therefore cannot be considered cheating. It is a mechanism that can be used as long as you are allowed into the gambling establishment and allowed to play their games.

My intuition is that it is against the spirit of the game, but is not outright cheating.

If I were able to do it, I would certainly apply the skill.
