Everything seemed torn from a surreal movie. Blinding lights, music that seemed to come from the walls, and people laughing for no reason. I was sitting at the roulette table, with sweaty hands and heavy head. I didn't know if it was because of the whiskey, the cigar, or the pill Elvis had given me. Yes, Elvis... or someone who looked like him.

The little girl shouted again: “Everything on zero!” and laughed as if he were at the circus. A flamingo in a tuxedo beckoned me to leave the fries. I wanted to protest, but my tongue was stuck to the sky of my mouth. The band was singing “Don't Stop Me Know” and I kept wondering if I was dreaming or trapped in a Vegas-themed nightmare.

Roulette stopped. It's zero. The girl jumped up. Everyone applauded. Me? I was trying to remember if I came alone or if I was part of an experiment.
This is how you feel when the world becomes a joke that you no longer understand, or when someone puts something in the drink, but still...

.......i felt that freedom. I have to admit, such an experience would be incredibly exciting. Isn't this thrill and the true respect for gambling what drives us all? So multifaceted and valuable that we love it, appreciate it, and even dream about it. At least I'm glad I just woke up in my house with my wonderful family. With the feeling deep in my heart: You no longer need to take these unnecessary risks and can now rejoice in what you've achieved. You know: I keep that little girl inside me under control.

Wow, this is just too much you know. That could never be happening, cause his dog is deaf from birth.
After that the man finally recognizes, he needs to get his shit back together.
He fetch himself a coke and something to eat. While he's at it, he starts to search around, trying to recover his selfawareness.
His pressure seems to be a little better now. He figures there's only to things to do now:

...I finally take a look at my cards since I never looked at them pre-flop. One is a picture of Billi riding a giant squirrel with 2 enormous tusks. The other is a picture of Isa with a lion tamer's chair in one hand and a whip in the other. Both cards are animated playing out like a cut scene from a movie. I put the cards down and rub my eyes, not sure that what I've just seen was even real. I decide to take a 2nd look at the cards and this time they are just the Ace of clubs and 10 of clubs. I decide to lead out but as I reach for where my chips should be....

in my dream state. I flipped him the bird and punched the gas. It was time to cruise The Strip and enjoy the lights! The Bellagio caught my eyes with water dancing all about. What should I do now I thought.....

And then the alarm clock rang, and I realized I was late for work. I quickly got ready and ran to catch the bus. During my shift at the machine, I kept thinking about the slots in that casino. When my shift ended and I got home, I opened my email — there was a bonus from the casino. I had never played slots before, since seeing those huge wagering requirements, I thought it was impossible to clear them. But today I decided to try, and quite easily, within two hours, I cleared a $100 bonus. Now I’ll use this opportunity more often.
