Do you get a head change before going to the casino or drink while gambling?

I sometimes drink too, depending on my mood. If I'm tired and feeling emotionally drained, I might drink something stronger than beer. As for cigarettes, I smoke regularly.

I usually stick to a beer or two at the table just to relax, but gotta keep a clear head. The second I drink too much I start making stupid calls at the poker table and wonder where all my money went an hour later lol
