Fun or risk: where is the limit?

Hello everyone, how are you?

Sometimes I think the hardest part of playing isn't winning or losing, but knowing when to stop. 😅

For me, to play responsibly is to be able to enjoy the fun without letting the result control our emotions or our pocket.

How do you realize that it's time to stop?

Well when I play casino games i mostly set a strict limit beforehand and when that budget is over I'm going to stop play and leave.

I usually don't play casino games, but I think that I would set a maximum amount to lose and stick to it.

stop before you start at roulette , slots and craps . stick with poker and you may come out ahead !

I always have a limit for the evening. If I double it, I stop. If I spend it, I stop too. It's very simple

If you have bankroll management, if you plan your game, if you have stop loss and take profit, then you will never have such questions. If you don't have all this, then you better find yourself another hobby.

For me it’s all about setting a strict budget before I even start. The second that predetermined amount is gone, or if I hit a solid win target, I log off or walk away. If you start making exceptions on the fly, you've already lost control.

It should just be fun, if you stay within your budget.

The risk aspect comes in when you cant stay within your budget.

Section off an amount which is the maximum loss, and treat casino gambling as entertainment. If you find yourself unable to this, you have a problem.

Like most, I have a preset amount to win or lose before going to the casino, and it highly depends on the games I intend to play.
I have a much higher limit on blackjack and poker, and a clear understanding that I am just having fun at the casino games,
and if I win, it's just icing on the cake.
