Poker is a game of skill, psychology, and reading opponents, while blackjack is mostly about math and probability. Poker offers more long-term edge for skilled players.

What is better to play long/short term
poker or blackjack?
I think if you want quick money just take your bankroll and play blackjack and dubble it when you lose a hand ? Till you double your bankroll…
with poker you can win 500x your buy in with a nice tournament, but with cash games you can loose 10/15 x in a row a buy in…
so I’m confused a bit after playing for 20 years cash games, and loose that much, what if I played just blackjack with that money ?
( I still like the game poker , especially plo ) but it is so slow with bankroll if you play low stakes .
Poker has a type of tournament called freerolls. Freerolls are tournaments that do not require a buy-in. This gives you the chance to win money without risking your own funds. As far as I know, Blackjack does not have anything similar. Therefore, for those who value their money, the choice is obvious.

Blackjack can be fun at times and I like to play it sometimes, but it's proven to not be profitable for players. Poker is by far more a skill game and can be profitable as many pro's have demonstrated over the years.

Except for Blackjack pros - some of them are quite profitable but the variance swings are frequent I am sure.

I do find that blackjack is up and down - but it is easier to break even than other casino games I play.

I prefer poker. I know there is a lot of players who plays blackjack professional, but one thing is sure: luck is needed for both.

I think if you want to make money quickly by gambling, you will definitely lose it quickly.
I think that a player who approaches the game professionally, is in no hurry, and definitely does not have an urgent need for money can make money playing poker or blackjack.

Totally agree that poker gives you more control, especially if you’ve put in the time to learn it. I’ve found that playing at a crypto sportsbook with poker rooms makes it easier to switch between games depending on my mood. Plus, the withdrawals are usually faster, which helps when I want to cash out winnings quickly after a good session.

For me most profitable is poker, but that's because I target bad players, so nothing to brag about.

one is too much for me, I don't have even time to do one right play two is a utopia.

I play the game that I enjoy & that's poker. If blackjack is your game then that's as good as any. Gambling is the same in all its forms. You bet something, sometimes you win & other times you loose. If your motivation is money, then high stakes is where you could win something significant. High risks, high rewards!

I believe the right thing to do is to play what is most comfortable for you and what you play best in as well.

Both options are suitable for making a profit. But I think you should choose depending on your skills and experience. Personally, I have little experience playing blackjack, so I would choose poker. But in my opinion, blackjack can be no less profitable than poker, provided you are an experienced player.

both can be profitable for sure but
with black jack you can just double your money a lot of times
wich is also good and profit for sure
but with poker you can win from zero bankrol by playing tournaments
and you can win life changing money in shorter time instead of playing black jack
that is big difference for me

For sure it’s fun, take i try I recommend 1 evening at real casino for fun 🍀🍀

If you are a winning poker player, then poker should be better since the house has the edge in blackjack.

Considering that there are games such as freerolls, I think the choice of most players will be obvious. Blackjack may also be a promising option, but it is certainly not as promising as classic poker.
