I don't think there is a correct answer to this. Brazilian players do mostly play very similar to one another, there are some outliers, some more loose, some more tight, but I would estimate that 85% play pretty mush the same. Canadians have two camps of players, one camp is really tight and the other camp is very LAGGY. So, the comparison is tough to make with the difference in playing styles. I personally know some very good players from both countries.

who is better or worse is a difficult question. I only know that I very often sit at tables and only have Brazilians or only Ukrainians around me, just like the Russian players on PS in the past. Due to the high number of players, I think Brazil is clearly ahead in online poker. but whether it can be decided that one nation is better than the other I don't know. but Hey Germans also play good poker

Brazilians are very good players, BUT........ when I see situations like multiway pots, all in preflop, overbets, I can suppose that always will be a Brazilian. I have a tendency to do not trust on a variety of BR players, and so I call. I win a lot of times. In micro stakes, I have no fear of Brazilians, it looks like they play any2 cards everytime.

I hope not being like these guys.

Personally, I think that nationality does not define how good you are at poker, but of course there are always good and bad players. Personally, it seems to me that both Brazilians and Canadians have good players, each with their virtues and defenses, as well as ourselves

I can't say if Brazilians are better than Canadians. I can say from what I know of Brazilians that there is a large group of players who study the game at least twice a week and are dedicated to putting into practice everything they learn. This can be a differential in relation to other players and can indeed make a difference at the tables.

I think there are great players from both countries, but I also think that Brazilians have great achievements on all online platforms. But the truth is that I don't see that one is better than others.

I don't think that the number of Brazilians in the prizes says that they are better players than the Canadians. Most likely this is due to the large number of Brazilians taking part in the game. The more people from one country, the more likely they are to win prizes. Usual coefficient of probability, no more.

Without any huge bias, being Canadian myself...

The population of the USA is 331,000,000 people
The population of Brazil is 213,000,000 people
The population of Canada is 37,000,000 people

The USA has almost 10 times the Canadian population and Brazil has almost 7 times Canadas population....

Think about that.... It's more likely there are more players of either country playing at any time just by shear numbers. And more likely you will run across a higher number of "Good" players just from such a large difference.

Only worse than brazilians are the russians. I miss them so much from Pokerstars since the ban. No hate. Just pure love and appreciation for keep playing poker. They don't have to but they still do.
