He's certainly up there with the greatest. That being said what he's done for the game of poker over his career is something even greater than his playing ability. A true legend.

I would study his history as much as possible. I'd have to be upfront with him and shake his hand if I ever met him, because he is my favorite player. I fear that would affect my play slightly, because i would feel horrible knocking him out or being knocked out by him. But hey, that's poker.

he's hands down one of the most iconic players in poker history. He will forever be one of the players that someone things of when talking about poker. I will never forget when he read Doyle's trip 3s like it was nothing and Doyle couldn't help smiling about it in the middle of a hand. Hands down one of my favorite memories of him. I just pray that he will win the main event before he quits
