I usually play after dinner but every moment when you are fresh and have free time to play is good. Thanks to online poker you have games constantly.

I used to always play on weekends, it seemed to me that there were fewer aggressive players, a lot of weak players. To some extent, this is true, but over time I realized that playing with weak players can be more difficult than with strong ones.

Regular freerolls or small stakes games are time for me, but more serious freerolls, S & Go's, cash tournaments and MTTs for higher stakes, I enjoy playing them at night when I'm not distracted and I can focus on the game .

If you are asking about bad players during some special time, so i think sometimes it is in some rooms. I think on weekend or on holidays more people are playing poker, so you can find lots of bad players in some tourneys, even with a big buy-ins. They just want to have some fun during the game and they can play really lots of hands and it,s not so hard to take their chips.
You just need to look for a different rooms and try to play there, in some of them you will find lots of bad players.

Day time, when most people are working, is when you will find most of your grinder types. I try to avoid playing then if I can help it.

My preference changes. Right now I play between noon and nine PM Atlantic time, my time zone. There are times when I go for weeks and months playing in the early morning hours say three AM to eight or nine AM my time.

It just comes to me when it's time to change my routine.

If you are going to play cash game for sure, Sunday is ideal and the field is very full of fish. If you want to make a dollar, you can play all day, but if it is a tournament for me every day after 10 pm

Really the best time is whenever you can be focused, calm and collected and play undisturbed. However, usually night in the US/Europe (depending on the site) will have the most activity, so you might find the softest tables then.
