Which day and time are the best to play poker?

For my every day is okay, and the best hours are between 12:00 - 18:00 GMT+6 Time, at that time i found more players online (at pokerstars), and after 18:00 im seeing is harder to play and the traffic is lower.

In GGNetwork i dont find the best time yet, and i havent thinked about that in iPoker or Partypoker, the other sites i use to play.

It seems to me that Monday and Tuesday are the best days for playing poker, but Subbuota and Sunday are losing ones. The time for the game is better in the evening. More people gather and it means it will be fun).

Best time for pokerstars in nz is anywhere around mid night through to about almost lunch time.. some reason after lunch the sharks are lurking.. not only that but when your in the zone your in the zone.. clear minded, witts about you and sharp with your reads, thatll be the best time to play

I think there's more action in the afternoon and towards the evening. It is probably the worst time to play against pros but there's still way more players too. Good luck and crush it.

I play most evenings between 9-12:00. But I can play whenever. Sometimes on Fri and Sat the game can be a little more random. There may be playes who are drunk or are new to the site and don't know how to play. Maybe in cash games this is a good thing, but I don't like it for tournament poker. This just introduces more variance or chance into the game. I much prefer when everyone knows how to play. What are other's thoughts?

I like playing on Saturday or Sunday afternoon. But there are nightly tournaments on Pokerstars that I play when I'm able.

Very good question! In my opinion, you should definitely be sleepy and reduce as many distractions as possible . Since tournaments are held at certain hours, we must adapt to them, but at the same time we must be full of energy , since any fatigue will necessarily affect the quality of your game . There is no exact time but if you look at the biological clock it is advisable to sleep at night and play during the day

I prefer to play during the week, Monday to Friday between 12:00 - 18:00 GMT.

On weekends I do some extra work and I don't have much time to play.

In addition, to play certain tournaments, you must have your sleep up to date, and well rested, as there are tournaments that never seem to end.
So being rested is essential for the patience needed to play and do well.

Before, I preferred to play at dawn, but for a few years now I can't play that time anymore.
So for me the best days are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 12:00 and 18:00 GMT.

For me the best time for grinding is between 18:00 p.m. and 01:00 - 02:00 a.m. This is the best traffic interval for the games that I like to play.
