So I played two sessions today, one a -$2.58 session and another a +$10.57 session. But for some reason when I look under "Day" under the "Group By" section in HEM (under the Session tab), it says I'm only up $1.21. Has this happened to anybody else? The numbers are off and I can't figure out what's causing it to do that.

Did you play late last night (after midnight)?

So it's now Dec. 4th, and I havn't played a hand of poker yet this month. After going back to my parents for the holidays and bumping in to an old HS friend (who also happens to play poker full time) I decided that I really do hate poker. I no longer enjoy playing and for the past couple months, my hands per month had steadily declined until I was only playing about 40k a month, or about 1/3 or so of what I used to play. I figured it must be pretty bad when I can't even force myself to play for 4 hours a day anymore, and have people just basically hand me money.

It saddens me really. For the last 4+ years, poker was about the only thing I did enjoy doing, and now I hate it. So at the advice of a couple friends, I'm taking a couple months off. Maybe I'll go back to tending bar for a while, probably take a vacation, and hopefully renew my love for the game. I'll still be around a lot as I still enjoy studying the game and discussing it. I even took on a new student recently, and may take on another in the near future. So yeah, as of this moment, I no longer have any funds on any poker site, and won't for probably quite a while.

If the stakes weren't so much higher than my current level, I'd be frightened that you might have posted a hand history in which I was the villain.

I know this is a longshot and ur coach will probably never agree with this.
But is it remotely possible to post a vid where you get advice from coach while playing ? It is probably not an option with him asking a fee for coaching right ? :D

Maybe just a vid after u got coached and implement the advice he gave you is more realistic ?

He's just an awesome poker mind and I know he'll help me get through 200nl and to 400nl easily. Seriously, he's great. Going to start playing as soon as the chinese food gets here :p

He's given me a good handful of resources he's written himself and has asked me not to share them with anyone, and I won't. We made a video of our session but tbh I'm not sure I want to post it myself since it's basically me giving my $400 session away.

I'll ask him what he thinks about me making a session video myself outlining some of the stuff he's taught me. I guess there's no way he can say no to that since I'll be making videos regardless, and I can't simply never tell anyone '3bet more in position' or whatever just because he outlined that for me.

Sounds cool man.
I'm glad you feel so good being coached and look forward to seeing you crush 400nl.

Imagine how you would've felt knowing what you play now, and may be playing in the (near) future back when you were making multi tabling 25nl videos. :p I still have all your vids and it's awesome to see you rising up the limits like this ! I rewatched your $6.50 18-man sng yesterday for giggles and nostalgia. The first ChuckTs vid I ever saw *swoons* :D

I set my day to start at midnight. I played a session a few hours after midnight (around 4am) and then another session in the afternoon. When I look under sessions, it lists both sessions (the -$2.58 and the +$10.57), so when you net those two, I should be at +$7.99 for the day. When I group by "Day" however, it just shows "$1.21" for December 4th, 2008. Not sure what the heck is going on.

Any thoughts?

was gonna say limping 67s from SB <50 BBs deep is probably a losing play. Then saw what they stack off with. I stand corrected :).
