Think im gonna stick with FR compared to 6max the rest of December

Tiny sample sizes... you could just as easily be better at 6max but running hotter at FR over 7k hands...

base you decision on how comfortable you feel at the tables, not how good you run.

I'm pretty sure I need to find a way to have $20,000. O! Sell the house I own but am renting out? Yes yes, good idea. $20K that's all I need.

Mortgage is killing me. Hardcore killing me. I rent it to them for $1000 but still need the $400 out of my own pocket to pay the rest each month + rent at the house I live at now. Super sad face.

I want like a full years income in advance. That would be cool.

Finally got a taste of PLO variance at UB, -4bi session over 500 hands. I see now why the guys on the other forum are recommending 75bi's for BRM - I'm not much for gambling or bluffing yet, I'm picking spots where I'm pretty sure I'm substantially ahead, just getting outdrawn (my all in ev line just flipped from below my winnings line to above my winnings line).

All in all, feeling pretty good about most of my on-the-fly equity reads - Sklansky bucks don't spend all that well though... :(

yeah I took up omaha at plo10 a while back with like 25 buy ins, a few hundred hands and few buy ins and I realised that wasn't wise :)

I could not flat called since I would have committed almost 1/3 of my stack.I`m mentally f* since I read posts about shoving AK in this kind of spots and now I can`t seem to be able to lay it down even if my read on him was QQ+
Gotta stop caring about equity, pot-odds and other mathematical crap when I`m playing for tournament life.

well, i've played 130k hands this year at 100nl. I average 3.5BB/100 over that sample and i'm reasonably confident i'm a winner there.

But over that period, i've had a breakeven stretch of 50k hands.

And i've had an 18k hands downswing where i ran at -9BB/100.

What hand converter are you using for UB? DC's hand converter isn't supporting UB now, and FTR's doesn't recognize UB's format. Stox I think does support UB but doesn't support Omaha, I think.

i used to play mostly FR, but now I've switched to 6max exclusively. The 130k hands at 100nl include about 95k at FR and 35k at 6max. The big downswing happened at FR. It almost certainly wasn't due to variance alone but included me playing worse than usual, but those usually go together. Running bad makes you tilt and makes your swings bigger.

At 100nl.

I also played 123k hands at 200nl, 760 hands at 400nl and 23 hands at 1knl.

Also, I don't multitable as heavily as you do. Only play 520 hands per hour on average.

Try shortstacking 1knl. I totally crushed while doing that. +15BB/100 and that's a lot when the BB = $20. Sample size is obviously relevant too... :)

Belgo how many 6 max tables do you play at 100 and 200. I take it you play 6 right?
