I should pretend I am not afraid of the play I did, otherwise the opponent will call my bluff most of the times. Somehow they will feel it.

Do you have any poker superstitions?

As many gamblers in general (even though poker is more of a skill game, I still put it in this category), I do have some 'stupid' superstitions... as it's about poker - like lucky seat and/or lucky cheap/coin... still, the more I improve my game by studying and practicing on and off the poker tables, I find that probability doesn't care about my superstitions and/or feelings, so I need to focus on things I can do and control in order to improve my chances to make profit and less on this 'distractions'...

For me, it's all about consistency and protecting the flow. When playing online, I always prefer sticking to the exact same seat position if possible, and live, I always use a specific lucky token or card guard to cover my hand—feels like it keeps the bad energy away from my chips!

I wouldn't call it a superstition, but I do have a routine. I like to start a session with a clear mind, avoid distractions, and never chase losses. I believe preparation and discipline matter far more than lucky seats or lucky cards. If I have any "lucky charm," it's sticking to good bankroll management and making the best decisions possible.

I have a specific routine i always play at night . And whenever i plays in daytime i always loses whether it is cash games or tournament. So i always play at night time 😁

I don't believe in any superstitions, talismans or amulets. In my opinion, all you need to play the game is a green sock and a mammoth tooth.

Yes, I believe in luck, but I believe it only comes to those who are prepared. Having pocket Aces cracked twice in a single tournament is a huge stroke of luck, but staying up to date with poker study is essential for taking your game to the next level.

I don't rely on poker superstitions. I believe results come from good decisions, solid strategy, and managing variance not lucky seats, lucky cards, or lucky rituals. That said, many players have their own traditions, and as long as they don't affect decision making, they can be part of the fun.
