I 've found out that my poker results are far much better either it is a cashgame or a bye-in tournament but especially in
freerolls when I listen to music while playing my favourite games .
I choose trance music to listen to ,like the 'Transistance ' or the "100 best trance of 200x" collection , other times it is dance ,
like" 1000 best dance of all time" but sometimes, occasionally I choose a more slow rythm to accompany me ,in the morning or when I get tired of listening to beats .
When I reach the final stages of a tournament ,normal or freeroll , I just turn the volume off the mp3 player . When I see that I 'm close to get tired ,I stop the mysic and then I might open the tv , watch a movie while drinking a coffee or sth like that.
