Sometimes a break is good.

For me i do not need a break, but i work 40 hours a week so automatically i have some breaks and i can not play.

Work is good and not play every day is also better :)

I’ve been playing at a loss for two weeks already, there are transfers in all tournaments, and I start tilting from this and I think I need a break, but I can’t, I load tournaments and play in the hope of a good result, but I myself understand that a break is needed, that’s a fact

Studies have been done on air traffic controllers because they have to make the most decisions of any profession each day and the conclusions were that more rest was needed-in fact they found that if they did not take a break every 2 hrs then efficiency crashed even on the easiest of days- So taking a break to refresh your mind is +EV

Hello brother
That is a good question.
I don't really rest to play better, I think sometimes I need rest because of bad streaks.
Many times I catch many streaks of coolers or badbeats or streaks that you play a tournament and you don't even get :2c4::2h4: and you don't know how to defend yourself. Or you're going to see a flop and you never catch even a top pair then there yes, let's say I take a breather for 2 or 3 days, I enter the forum, comment or post and once rested I go back to battle.
I hope my answer is useful.
A hug and greetings from Argentina :giggle::giggle::giggle:

Sometimes this break can extend to a few years ... do whatever pleases you, don't get pressured into a daily routine you're not comfortable with! YOU are the only one who has to walk in your shoes!

Sometimes I get tired of poker. In this case, a break is the best way to start playing stronger.

4 me when I'm only amateur player best way is playing 3 days per week.

Friday, Saturday, Sunday. There we got a lot of weak recreational players. is easier to play then from Monday to Thursday. Of course freeroll's playing every day.

we need to recover from time to time.
I agree with you.

Absolutely, There are times hen I play for so much that I just "click buttons", and my plays are "washed down". I take few days off, to stay "hungry". I give myself limited time to play, so I don't "waste" my moves - trying do the best I can because I allow myself only so many tournaments in a week,

A break is a must, as regular play quickly turns into tilt, and frequent trips will turn the game into a loose-aggressive style...

A break allows us to get back in shape. Taking a break, in my opinion, is useful and correct. I also take a break 2-3 days a week and after that my results improve.

I dont think you should be forcing yourself to play, so often a break is just what you need.

I've found that if you're having a bad run, resting for a few days doesn't help, you have to analyze your game a little more.
So for me, my game will not be better after resting, rather if I analyze and then play.

Sometimes I think it's good to take a break if you're exhausted and making bad decisions because of that tiredness.
