Just about every day when I am playing solid and making good decisions. If I start to run bad and get frustrated I have no problem taking some time away to give myself a much needed break. W

Sadly yes, I feel that I'm getting a bit addicted. Atleast I'm not loosing money since I only play freerolls.
I'm trying to play less, but there so many 'intresting' freerolls etc.

Play everyday unless theres other important tasks at hand. Its become more of a hobby nowadays. Taking breaks is important to get your mind fresh again..

Poker sucked me up like a drug. I play all my free time. And I have a lot of it. I try to do everything different for the family, so that later there is always the opportunity not to be distracted by something outside of poker. Although I also make days of rest in poker, so that there is no gruel in my head from the amount of information for all the games

The past 9 months or so I try to play nearly every day although some days I can't due to other time sensitive obligations. I also do sometimes take a few days after an especially brutal beat down of a session. I'm thinking of setting a goal to play at least an hour of poker a day (online) and also slowly get back into live casino poker but more manageable session lengths.

Hi there,

for me- i am at my best and most dangerous when i take breaks from play, i could not and will never play every day as for me i have to have a balance in life - life is not poker for me, family, sunshine, my health, poker is probably the right order for me.

When i was younger - poker was everything and then i grew up

Yeah, most of the time i play daily. The only exception is when i'm at vacation, so i make a break from poker for a couple of weeks then and enjoying sun & exploring new places.

You have dependence and it's good or bad to decide for yourself, but the game is already a part of your life. I've been in this situation for over 6 years. The game gave me happy emotions, but I found other ways to get these emotions without risking my budget. And answering your question - no I do not play now every day and moreover poker, for me now as a job and I experience more negative emotions than half positive ones. including due to the loss of time, but for the time being, this means that they are paying off.

Yep, I play every day last time. But that's what I chose, I like this game. It's about a month I don't work and make a living by playing poker only. Generally, Nl4 and freerolls. Though, I have to play a lot, of cause. Maybe it's a day per two weeks I don't play at all and have a rest. Other days, I play poker, at least freerolls (if I don't feel good).
