I tend to do it in blocks, so will play almost everyday but then I will usually have a long break of a few days off.

It depends on how busy I am doing other things so again can be season dependant and busier during summer months so don't play as much but in winter when I'm indoors more will play more.

It depends on my work schedule, on the work load and on my mood. Also, sometimes it depends on my girlfriend

I don't play every day, but on average I play 4-5 days a week.

I play poker several days a week. I usually play 2-3 days during the week and almost always play on the weekend. Sometimes, if there is a lot of work, I don't play on weekdays, but nevertheless I always try to play in my favorite tournaments on the weekend.

I used to play every day before but ultimately bad eating habits while playing midnight have finally catching me off. h ave immunie disorder syndromes with inflammation . so not grinding anymore except maybe sm once in a while on sunday .
