Yeah, i play almost every day, except saturday. I avoid saturdays because there are a lot more gambling players, and game is hard, so theres no place for stress.

In my case, if I play every day, I start playing automatically instead of thinking deeply about the moves. I prefer to avoid that. Although, if I have a lot of free time, I like to dedicate many hours on the days I play.
