Years ago nothing came before poker. And even though I have played while having a family gathering, those times are becoming less and less. I have plenty of time to play poker. It will always be there.

Probably some good freerolls only depend on the situations.

I guess I'm one of the few here who play poker for entertainment with my family. My dad and brother are both decent players so we love the competition. Can always play non holdem games for fun.

Right! I have gone on several vacations to Las Vegas with my fiance or daughter, and we go there to play poker.

So, like I said earlier, "depends on where I am and who all I am with."

When I visit or vacation with relatives that don't play, I don't play.

Sometimes. Usually I play when everyone else is busy with work or something and I have some extra free time (because I'm on vacation and not at work :D )

Me I don't play poker on the holidays. My family when we get together we play cards before we eat lunch and afterwards we play cards but it's not poker.

When my kid has gone to sleep I will sometimes. Never long tournaments though, which will keep me up all night. Just some sit'n go's.

I think it`s a bad idea to play poker on holidays. I have lost due to not enough concentration one holiday about 100$ - and that`s a lot for a no depositer - there have been too many people who have irritated me. Also I think it`s a bad idea to be nervous on holiday like above said.

I play poker every day , even while on vacation. Vacation I get the day with family and at night I play poker. I can mix the two.

Of course, take advantage of the small amount of people playing in the freerolls. = better odds of payout

Went on an Alaskan cruise with my family and they had a poker tournament so i played. Did not play a whole lot of poker though and spent more time with my family since that was the point. I figure if the vacation was to Vegas or something I would play poker. Sometimes on holidays i will still play while watching TV or something with my family or while others are playing games as well so, yes I do.

Most often while on our family holidays poker is usually scheduled into it at least an evening or two at a casino or cardroom. Fortunately the better half likes to watch me play when she can, and have had a reasonable amount of success playing live so I'm sure the extra money made may play a part of a cardroom being included in the vacation plans. I am perfectly fine not playing cards on vacation as well. It is just a fun activity not a job.

When I am on normal holidays like beach, mountains etc with my family I have no reason to "waste" this comfortable and precious time in front of PC or laptop. This is just "family-time"!

In my world Family comes first and I have never thought about playing live poker but have played on my laptop after everyone is sleeping.

My Wife and I are planning our first ever cruise which goes through the pacific islands and have included poker as put of the adventure. We are also planning a cruise for 2025 that is centered around playing as much poker as we can.

When I am on holiday I do not play poker. My goal is to get away from the game and re-wind. However, I am kind of always on holiday anyways since I live in Thailand and am often near a beach so I guess I do play. This reply is probably therefore useless but there you go lol.
