I usually smoke half a cigarette an hour, and for that, five-minute breaks in tournaments are just fine for me. I wonder if there is an opportunity to smoke somewhere in the big off-line series?

I do not smoke, but am responding to alert all of you smokers once again, you need to quit . . . Treatment for cancer is not fun and today Covid has given you another reason to quit. You will make your family and friends happy should you quit and live to enjoy them longer.

I smoke but not in my house, I have smoked over fifty years not in my house or car. I do not smoke more because of poker, I eat raw carrots or broccoli during breaks as to smoke less and takes your mind off of cigarettes. I get it smoking kills but when it is my time to go so be it. When I was still smoking, cigarette consumption in poker tournaments definitely increased. Fortunately I was able to quit smoking (for 14 months now). The saved money goes into my bankroll.

I smoke inside so I'm used to playing video games of all types with a smoke in hand while chillin on my couch. I smoke weed chronically too, which I'm sure both helps me not be anxious on some days as well as fuel the anxiety on others lol. So no I probably don't smoke more while playing poker, I just smoke often anyways lol. Cigarettes or weed. 😋

I smoke, but not too much lately (I've been trying to quit). When I play poker I usually do that indoors (of course) and I have a rule to not smoke indoors under any circumstances. So yeah, I don't smoke more because of poker but I find myself wanting more snacks when playing, that's true for me too

I don't smoke and never had. My father did for a long time and died of lung cancer at 65. I smoke week very occasionally. Not a big enough sample size to determine whether it hurts or helps.
